Claims (7)
- 半導体装置における球状電極部に選択的に当接する少なくとも一つの可動片部と、該可動片部の基端部に連結される端子部と、を備え、
前記可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接し、先端に向けて延びる少なくとも一つの当接部と、該当接部の先端に交差し該当接部の先端に連結され前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有し、
前記当接部の断面の一つの頂点を連ねる稜線が前記係止部の断面の一つの頂点を連ねる稜線よりもさらに外方に突出し、該当接部の稜線が前記球状電極部の球面に当接し食い込んだ状態のとき、前記斜面部が、前記球状電極部の球面における前記当接部の稜線に対し交差する隣接した部分を係止することを特徴とするコンタクト端子。 - 一対の可動片部のうちの一方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接し、先端に向けて延びる少なくとも一つの当接部と、該当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有し、前記一対の可動片部のうちの他方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接し、先端に向けて延びる少なくとも一つの当接部と、該当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクト端子。
- 一対の可動片部のうちの一方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって互いに向い合って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する一対の当接部と、該各当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有し、前記一対の可動片部のうちの他方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって互いに向い合って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する一対の当接部と、該各当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクト端子。
- 一対の可動片部のうちの一方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって互いに向い合って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する一対の当接部を有し、前記一対の可動片部のうちの他方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって互いに向い合って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する一対の当接部と、該各当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクト端子。
- 一対の可動片部のうちの一方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する少なくとも一つの当接部を有し、前記一対の可動片部のうちの他方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って所定の間隔をもって互いに向い合って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する一対の当接部と、該各当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部を有する係止部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクト端子。
- 一対の可動片部のうちの一方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する少なくとも一つの当接部と、該各当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部をそれぞれ有する二つの係止部とを有し、前記一対の可動片部のうちの他方の可動片部の接点部は、該可動片部の長手方向に沿って先端に向けて延び、前記球状電極部の球面に当接する少なくとも一つの当接部と、該各当接部の先端に交差し前記球状電極部を係止する斜面部をそれぞれ有する二つの係止部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクト端子。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のうちのいずれかに記載のコンタクト端子を備えるソケット本体部と、
前記ソケット本体部に設けられ、球状電極部を有する半導体装置が着脱可能に載置される半導体装置載置部と、
前記ソケット本体部に移動可能に設けられ、前記コンタクト端子の一対の可動片部のうちの少なくとも一方を前記球状電極部に対し近接または離隔させるように作動させる可動片部駆動機構部と、
を具備して構成されるICソケット。
