Description
(A)ポリアミド9T、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合樹脂、酸変性エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体、および酸変性ポリエチレンからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(B)下記の(b1)、(b2)、および(b3)が共重合してなるポリアミド三元共重合体であり、上記ポリアミド三元共重合体中の、(b1)の含有量が60〜90重量%であり、(b2)の含有量が5〜20重量%であり、(b3)の含有量が5〜20重量%である、ポリアミド三元共重合体。
(b1)ポリアミド6。
(b2)ポリアミド66およびポリアミド610から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(b3)ポリアミド12。
(C)脂肪族ポリアミド樹脂(但し、ポリアミド6およびポリアミド66を除く)。
(A)ポリアミド9T、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合樹脂、酸変性エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体、および酸変性ポリエチレンからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(B)下記の(b1)、(b2)、および(b3)が共重合してなるポリアミド三元共重合体。

(C)脂肪族ポリアミド樹脂(但し、ポリアミド6およびポリアミド66は、耐塩化カルシウム性に劣るため、外層3の材料からは除く)。

酸変性エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体(旭硝子社製、AH2000)
ポリアミド12(宇部興産社製、3030JI26L)
ポリアミド6(東レ社製、アミランCM1017)
オートクレーブの重合槽内に、ポリアミド6成分(b1成分)であるε−カプロラクタム、ポリアミド66成分(b2成分)であるアジピン酸ヘキサメチレンアンモニウム塩の50%水溶液、ポリアミド12成分(b3成分)であるω−ラウロラクタムを、下記の表1に示す割合で仕込み、窒素置換した後、オートクレーブを180℃まで昇温させた。次いで、上記重合槽内を撹拌しつつ、上記重合槽内を1.72MPaに調圧しながら、オートクレーブを240℃まで昇温させた。そして、240℃に達してから2時間後、上記重合槽内の圧力を約2時間かけて常圧に戻した。その後、上記重合槽内に再度窒素を導入し、その窒素気流下で1時間重合反応させた後、650Torr(86.7kPa)の減圧下で2時間減圧重合を行った。続いて、上記重合槽内に再度窒素を導入して常圧に復圧後、撹拌機を止めて、ストランドとして抜き出したものをペレット化した。そして、沸水を用いて、上記ペレット中の未反応モノマーを抽出除去し、乾燥することにより、b1〜b3成分が下記の表1に示す重量割合で共重合してなるポリアミド三元共重合体のペレット(中間層材料B1〜B5)を得た。
後記の表2および表3に示す組合せで、各層の材料を、押出成形機(プラスチック工学研究所社製の多層押出成形機)を用いて、ホース状に溶融押出成形(共押出成形)して、内径12mmの積層ホース(燃料ホース)を作製した。なお、内層の厚みは0.2mm、中間層の厚みは0.5mm、外層の厚みは0.3mmとした。また、比較例2に関しては、中間層の形成を行わず、内層と外層とからなる二層構造の燃料ホースとし、その他の実施例および比較例に関しては、三層構造の燃料ホースとした。
評価試験用ガソリンとして、トルエン/イソオクタン/エタノールを40:40:20(体積比)の割合で混合した模擬アルコール添加ガソリンを準備した。そして、等圧式ホース透過率測定装置(GTRテック社製、GTR−TUBE3−TG)を用いて、各燃料ホース内に封入した上記評価試験用ガソリンの透過係数を、40℃で一か月間測定した(単位:mg/m/day)。評価は、この値が20(mg/m/day)未満のものを○、20(mg/m/day)以上のものを×とした。
各燃料ホースを10mm幅に切断して得られた短冊状のサンプルを、伸長冶具で20%伸長したまま、沸騰水中で24時間浸漬処理した。その後、上記サンプルの全面に、50重量%塩化カルシウム溶液を塗布し、100℃×24時間熱処理を加えた。これにより、サンプル表面にクラックが発生したものを×、サンプル表面にクラックが発生なかったものを○と評価した。
各燃料ホースを10mm幅に切断して、短冊状のサンプルを作製した。そして、各サンプルの層間を部分的に剥離し、その部分を各々引張試験機のチャックに挟み、引張速度50mm/分の条件で、180°剥離強度(N/cm)を測定した。なお、比較例2においては、内層/外層間の剥離強度を、その他の実施例および比較例においては、内層/中間層間、および中間層/外層間の剥離強度を評価した。そして、上記剥離強度が20N/cm以上のものを○、上記剥離強度が15N/cm以上20N/cm未満のものを△、上記剥離強度が15N/cm未満のものを×と評価した。
図2は、燃料ホースの脈動低減性を評価するための試験装置を示す。100はサンプルホース、110はクイックコネクタ、111は燃料ポンプ、112はレギュレーター、113はインジェクター、114はパイプを示す。
インジェクター周期:120msec(1000rpm想定)
インジェクター開弁時間:6(msec)
評価温度:室温(25℃)
測定部位:インジェクター部の燃圧(P)を測定
試験流体:シェルゾール
(2)燃料ポンプ111内の油温(約50℃でサチレート)が一定になるまで、30分程度保持する。
(3)インジェクター113開弁時間を6secに設定する。
(4)測定結果のグラフから、ピーク−ピークを読み取り、以下の式により圧力変動値(ΔP)を算出する。

Claims (3)
- 下記(A)成分からなる管状の内層と、その内層外周面に接して設けられた下記(B)成分からなる中間層と、その中間層外周面に接して設けられた下記(C)成分からなる外層とを備え、かつ上記各層間が層間接着されていることを特徴とする燃料ホース。
(A)ポリアミド9T、エチレンビニルアルコール共重合樹脂、酸変性エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体、および酸変性ポリエチレンからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(B)下記の(b1)、(b2)、および(b3)が共重合してなるポリアミド三元共重合体であり、上記ポリアミド三元共重合体中の、(b1)の含有量が60〜90重量%であり、(b2)の含有量が5〜20重量%であり、(b3)の含有量が5〜20重量%である、ポリアミド三元共重合体。
(b1)ポリアミド6。
(b2)ポリアミド66およびポリアミド610から選ばれた少なくとも一つ。
(b3)ポリアミド12。
(C)脂肪族ポリアミド樹脂(但し、ポリアミド6およびポリアミド66を除く)。 - 上記脂肪族ポリアミド樹脂(C)が、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド1012、ポリアミド1010、ポリアミド612、およびポリアミド610からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つである、請求項1記載の燃料ホース。
- 上記(b2)成分がポリアミド66である、請求項1または2記載の燃料ホース。
