Description
Claims (19)
- 患者の眼の水晶体嚢内に埋め込まれるように構成された眼内レンズであって、
前記患者の眼の光軸を横切って延在するように構成された第1光学膜と、
前記光軸を横切って延在するように構成された第2光学膜と、
前記第1光学膜と前記第2光学膜との間に延在する側壁と
を備える流体光学部本体であって、前記第1光学膜、前記第2光学膜および前記側壁が光学流体を収容する空洞を画定する、流体光学部本体と、
前記流体光学部本体から延在する複数のレバーアームであって、前記水晶体嚢と接触して、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により前記複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記第1光学膜の曲率を変更するように対応する枢軸を中心に回転するように構成された複数のレバーアームと、
前記流体光学部本体から延在する追加の複数のレバーアームであって、前記水晶体嚢と接触して、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により前記追加の複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記第2光学膜の曲率を変更するように対応する枢軸を中心に回転するように構成された追加の複数のレバーアームと、
を備える眼内レンズ。 - 前記第1光学膜が、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により前記複数のレバーアームの各々が前記対応する枢軸を中心に回転するとき、曲率半径が大きくなる、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により、前記複数のレバーアームの各々が第1方向において前記対応する枢軸を中心に回転する、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記水晶体嚢の前記軸方向圧縮の弛緩時に第2方向において前記対応する枢軸を中心に回転するように付勢され、前記第2方向が前記第1方向とは反対である、請求項3に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数のレバーの各々が、前記水晶体嚢と接触するように構成された面を備え、前記レバーアームの各々の前記面が湾曲している、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数のレバーアームが少なくとも6本のレバーアームを含む、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数のレバーの各々の前記対応する枢軸を中心とする回転により、前記側壁が変形する、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記側壁の前記変形により、前記第1光学膜の前記曲率が変更される、請求項7に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光軸に沿った前記第1光学膜と前記第2光学膜との間の距離が、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮に応じて低減する、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数のレバーアームおよび前記追加の複数のレバーアームが、前記流体光学部本体の周囲において互いにずれている、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により、
前記複数のレバーアームの各々が第1方向において前記対応する枢軸を中心に回転し、
前記追加の複数のレバーアームの各々が第2方向において前記対応する枢軸を中心に回転し、前記第2方向が前記第1方向とは反対である、
請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記側壁から終端部まで延在し、隣接するレバーアームの終端部が、リングを介して互いに結合されている、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第2光学膜が、前記水晶体嚢の後面と接触して配置されるように構成されている、請求項12に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記側壁と前記終端部との間に最前面を有し、前記レバーアームの前記最前面が、前記水晶体嚢の前面と接するように構成されている、請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記側壁が、前記光軸に対して凹状である、請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 患者の眼の水晶体嚢内に埋め込まれるように構成された眼内レンズであって、
前記患者の眼の光軸を横切って延在するように構成された第1光学膜と、
前記患者の眼の前記光軸を横切って延在するように構成された第2光学膜と、
前記第1光学膜と前記第2光学膜との間に延在する側壁と、
前記側壁から延在する複数のレバーアームであって、前記複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記水晶体嚢と接触して配置されるように構成された面を有する、複数のレバーアームと、
前記第1光学膜と前記第2光学膜との間に配置された固体レンズと、
側壁から延在する追加の複数のレバーアームと、
を備え、
前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により、前記複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記第1光学膜の曲率を変更するように対応する枢軸を中心に回転し、
前記追加の複数のレバーアームの各々が、前記水晶体嚢の軸方向圧縮により、前記追加の複数のレバーアームの各々が前記第2光学膜の曲率を変更するように対応する枢軸を中心に回転するように、前記水晶体嚢と接触して配置されるように構成された面を有する、眼内レンズ。 - 前記側壁および前記固体レンズが、
光学流体を収容する、前記固体レンズと前記第1光学膜との間に位置する第1空洞と、
光学流体を収容する、前記固体レンズと前記第2光学膜との間に位置する第2空洞と、
を画定するように互いに結合される、請求項16に記載の眼内レンズ。 - 前記固体レンズが折畳み可能である、請求項16に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記第1光学膜、前記第2光学膜および前記固体レンズが、患者の水晶体嚢内に別個に送達されかつその中で互いに結合されるように構成されている、請求項16に記載の眼内レンズ。
