Claims (17)
- 炭化水素坑井を掘削し操作するためのねじ状管状連結部であって、
回転軸を有する雄型端と、該回転軸の周りに延在する第1ねじ切りとを備える管状部材の一部を含み、
前記雄型端は、回転軸を有する雌型端と、その回転軸の周りに延在する第2ねじ切りとを備える管状部材の一部を補完し、
前記雄型端及び前記雌型端は、組み立てにより連結可能であり、該雄型端及び雌型端の各々は、金属−金属干渉を生じ得るシール面をさらに備え、
前記雄型端及び前記雌型端の2つのうち一方の前記ねじ切り及び前記シール面は、亜鉛(Zn)が重量基準で主元素である第1金属製防食及び抗摩耗層でコーティングされ、該第1金属製防食及び抗摩耗層は、第1パッシベーション層でコーティングされ、
前記雄型端又は前記雌型端の前記補完のねじ切り及び前記シール面は、亜鉛(Zn)が重量基準で主元素である第2金属製抗摩耗層でコーティングされ、該第2金属製抗摩耗層は、樹脂と該樹脂に分散させられる乾燥固体潤滑剤粉末とを含む潤滑剤層で少なくとも部分的にコーティングされ、
前記第1及び第2金属製防食及び抗摩耗層の少なくとも一方は、電解により堆積される、
ねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記第1及び第2金属製防食及び抗摩耗層の少なくとも一方は、少なくとも50重量%の亜鉛(Zn)を含む、
請求項1に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記第1及び第2金属製防食及び抗摩耗層の少なくとも一方は、4μmから20μmの範囲の厚さを有する、
請求項1又は2に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記潤滑剤層は、5μmから50μmの範囲の厚さを有する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記第1及び第2金属製防食及び抗摩耗層の少なくとも一方は、純亜鉛(Zn)及びZn−Xタイプの亜鉛(Zn)の二元合金(Xは、ニッケル(Ni)、鉄(Fe)、マグネシウム(Mg)、及びマンガン(Mn)から選択される)により構成されるグループから選択された物質を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記第1及び第2金属製防食及び抗摩耗層の少なくとも一方は、ニッケル(Ni)含有量が12から15重量%であり、微細構造が単相でガンマ(γ)層にある二元ニッケル−亜鉛(Zn−Ni)合金である、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記第1パッシベーション層は、三価クロム(Cr(III))を含む、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 三価クロム(Cr(III))を含む第2パッシベーション層は、前記第2金属製抗摩耗層と前記潤滑剤層の間に形成される、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記乾燥固体潤滑剤粉末は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、二硫化モリブデン(MoS2)、モリブデンジチオカーバメート(MoDTC)、カーボンブラック(C)、フッ化グラファイト(CFx)、又はそれらの混合物により構成されるグループから選択される、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記樹脂は、ポリビニル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、及びポリアミドイミド樹脂により構成されるグループから選択される、

請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のねじ状管状連結部。 - 前記雄型端は、第1当接部をさらに備え、前記雌型端は、第2当接部をさらに備え、第1及び第2当接部は、組み立て後に、互いに接触可能である、
