Description
Claims (6)
- 連続鋳造機で鋳片を生産する連続鋳造段階と、
前記鋳片を圧延機で押下する圧延段階と、
前記連続鋳造段階と前記圧延段階の間に行われ、前記圧延段階後の工程が中断されるか否かに応じて、前記鋳片を切断してから離脱させるか、または離脱した鋳片を復帰させる離脱復帰選択段階と、
を含み、
前記離脱復帰選択段階は、
前記圧延段階後の工程が中断されると、前記連続鋳造段階から伝達される鋳片を切断して、前記連続鋳造機から前記圧延機につながる主経路上から離脱させる鋳片離脱段階と、
前記圧延段階後の工程が再び行われると、離脱した前記鋳片を前記主経路上に復帰させる鋳片復帰段階と、
を含み、
前記鋳片復帰段階は、
前記主経路上から離脱した鋳片を前記主経路上に復帰させる復帰段階と、
前記主経路上に復帰した鋳片を加熱炉で加熱して前記圧延段階に伝達し、加熱炉が提供される位置に応じて、加熱量を異ならせて設定し、徐々に加熱量を増加させて加熱する加熱段階と、
を含む、連続鋳造圧延方法。 - 前記鋳片離脱段階は、
最終的に生産されて排出される圧延鋼板を生産するための鋳片の長さに対応する長さだけ鋳片を切断する切断段階と、
前記長さだけ切断された少なくとも一つの前記鋳片を前記主経路上から離脱させる離脱段階と、
離脱した前記鋳片を積置させる積置段階と、を含む、請求項1に記載の連続鋳造圧延方法。 - 前記鋳片離脱段階は、
前記切断段階と離脱段階の間に行われ、後続鋳片と離れるように、切断された鋳片を前記主経路上において加速して移動させる加速段階をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の連続鋳造圧延方法。 - 前記切断段階は、前記鋳片を加熱する加熱炉に前記鋳片が進入した後で行われる、請求項2に記載の連続鋳造圧延方法。
- 前記鋳片離脱段階は、前記連続鋳造機の残留溶鋼がすべて消費されるまで行われる、請求項1に記載の連続鋳造圧延方法。
- 鋳片を生産する連続鋳造機と、
前記連続鋳造機と連結され、前記鋳片を押下して圧延鋼板を生産する圧延機と、
前記連続鋳造機と前記圧延機の間に備えられ、最終的に生産されて排出される圧延鋼板を生産するための鋳片の長さに対応する長さだけ前記鋳片を切断する切断機と、
前記切断機と圧延機の間に備えられ、前記鋳片を加熱する加熱炉と、
前記加熱炉に備えられ、切断された前記鋳片を前記加熱炉から離脱させるか、または離脱した鋳片を前記加熱炉に進入させる運搬ユニットと、
を含み、
前記加熱炉は、前記連続鋳造機から圧延機につながる主経路と直交するに方向の一側面のみが開放された形状で提供され、前記加熱炉は、誘導加熱により前記鋳片を加熱し、加熱炉が提供される位置に応じて、加熱量を異ならせて設定し、徐々に加熱量を増加させて加熱する、連続鋳造圧延装置。
