Description
ベース樹脂;
(A)射出成形可能なPE樹脂[三井化学社製の商品名リュブマーL5000](密度(ASTM D 1505):966kg/m3、MFR(JIS K 7210(190℃、10kgf)):2g/10分)
充填剤;
(B)非射出成形性のUHMWPE樹脂[三井化学社製の商品名ミペロンXM220](重量平均分子量:200万、平均粒子径(レーザ回析法):30μm、嵩比重(ASTM D 1895):400kg/m3、ショア硬度(ASTM D3418):65D、球状粒子)
(C)多孔質シリカ[AGCエスアイテック社製の商品名サンスフェアH53]
(D)シリコーン油[信越化学工業社製の商品名KF−96H]
多孔質シリカとシリコーン油との混合比を1:3(質量換算)とする混合物(含油多孔質シリカ)を得て、樹脂材料全体に対してこの混合物を39質量%、射出成形可能なPE樹脂をX質量%、非射出成形性のUHMWPE樹脂をY質量%配合したものを2軸押し出し装置で溶融混練し、成形用ペレットを作成した。ここで、(X質量%+Y質量%)=61質量%であり、詳細は表2による。
サイズ:φ8.5mm(内径)、φ16mm(外径)、5mm(高さ)
成分:銅(0.5〜2.5質量%)、その他(3質量%以下)、鉄(残量)
製造工程:材料粉末ブレンド、フォーミング、シンタリング、サイジング、防錆・乾燥
金型内に上記形状の焼結外環を挿入し、上記で得られた成形用ペレットを用いてトンネルゲートを経て、下記条件でインサート成形を行なった。なお、樹脂層の厚みは0.25mmである。
完成品サイズ:φ8mm(内径)、φ16mm(外径)、5mm(高さ)
金型温度:120℃
成形温度:250℃
射出圧力:100〜140MPa
下記表1の条件で摩擦摩耗試験を行なった。相手材軸と滑り軸受の隙間は、20μm(20℃で測定)とした。また、摩耗係数は下記式により算出した。摩擦摩耗試験の結果を表2に示す。

Claims (4)
- 金属製基材と、この基材の摺動面となる表面に一体に設けられた樹脂材料の射出成形層である樹脂層とを有する滑り軸受であって、
前記滑り軸受は、軸受外周部が前記金属製基材からなり、この軸受外周部の摺動部となる内周側に前記樹脂層が設けられ、該摺動部で事務機器の回転部品の回転軸を支持し、面圧(P)と滑り速度(V)を乗じたPV値が5MPa・m/min.をこえる条件で使用される軸受であり、
前記樹脂材料が、射出成形可能なポリエチレン樹脂(A)を主成分とし、重量平均分子量が100万〜400万である非射出成形性の超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂(B)と、シリコーン油が含浸された多孔質シリカとを含む材料であり、
前記樹脂材料において、粉末状の前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂(B)が、前記ポリエチレン樹脂(A)と前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂(B)との合計質量に対して5〜30質量%の割合で配合されており、前記樹脂層において、前記ポリエチレン樹脂(A)の中に、前記超高分子量ポリエチレン樹脂(B)が分散しており、
前記樹脂材料において、前記シリコーン油が含浸された多孔質シリカが、樹脂材料全体に対して35〜50質量%含まれていることを特徴とする滑り軸受。 - 前記射出成形可能なポリエチレン樹脂(A)は、JIS K 7210に基づき、荷重10kg、190℃で測定したときのMFRが1〜30g/10分であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の滑り軸受。
