Claims (4)
- 複数の蓄電池(21)に蓄えられた電力を建物(FC)に供給する蓄電池装置(BS)であって、
前記蓄電池から直流電力を取り出し、電圧を変換して出力する複数のコンバータ(22)と、
前記コンバータから出力された直流電力を、交流電力に変換して建物に供給するインバータ(300)と、
蓄電池装置全体の動作を制御する制御部(100)と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
前記インバータから建物側に出力される電力量が、予め設定された目標放電量に一致するよう、前記インバータの動作を制御する上位制御部(110)と、
それぞれの前記蓄電池に対応して設けられており、前記コンバータの動作を制御する複数の下位制御部(120)と、を有しており、
前記下位制御部は、前記コンバータを通過する電力の方向性を管理する制御を行う一方で、前記コンバータを通過する電力の大きさを所定の目標値に一致させるような制御は行わないものであり、
複数の前記下位制御部のうちの1つであるマスター制御部のみが前記上位制御部との通信を行い、
前記マスター制御部は、前記マスター制御部を除く前記下位制御部のそれぞれと通信を行うことによってそれらの動作を制御することを特徴とする蓄電池装置。 - 前記目標放電量は、一定の算定期間が経過する毎に、前記制御部によって繰り返し設定されるものであって、
前記制御部は、
前記算定期間の終了時における前記蓄電池の蓄電量に基づいて、次の前記目標放電量を設定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 前記インバータを介して外部から電力の供給を受け、当該電力を前記蓄電池に充電する充電動作を行うことも可能となっており、
前記充電動作を行う際において、前記制御部は、
外部から前記インバータに引き込まれる電力量が、予め設定された目標充電量に一致するよう、前記インバータの動作を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電池装置。 - 前記目標充電量は、一定の算定期間が経過する毎に、前記制御部によって繰り返し設定されるものであって、
前記制御部は、
前記算定期間の終了時における前記蓄電池の蓄電量に基づいて、次の前記目標充電量を設定することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の蓄電池装置。
