Description
図4に示されるように、本実施形態に係る燃料電池の搭載構造が適用された車両10は、駆動モータ12と、水素ボンベ14と、蓄電池16と、燃料電池としてのFCスタック18と、パワーコントロールユニット20とを含んで構成されている。
次に、FCスタック18の搭載構造について説明する。図1に示されるように、FCスタック18は、サスペンションメンバ24の車両上方に配置されている。サスペンションメンバ24は、車両前部11の下部に配置されており、車両前後方向に延在された左右一対の図示しないフロントサイドメンバよりも下方で該フロントサイドメンバに支持されている。
次に、本実施形態の燃料電池の搭載構造の作用並びに効果について説明する。

Claims (4)
- 後輪を駆動させる駆動モータが車両後部に配置された車両において、車両前部に設けられたサスペンションメンバの車両上方に配置され、複数の防振部材を介して前記サスペンションメンバに連結された燃料電池と、
前記サスペンションメンバに対して非接触状態で前記燃料電池に直接的に又は前記燃料電池を支持するスタックフレームを介して取り付けられると共に、少なくともエアコンプレッサ及びポンプを含んで構成された補機類と、
を有する燃料電池の搭載構造。 - 前記燃料電池には、前記サスペンションメンバに対して非接触状態で空調装置用コンプレッサが直接的に又は前記燃料電池を支持するスタックフレームを介して取り付けられている請求項1に記載の燃料電池の搭載構造。
- 前記燃料電池には、前記サスペンションメンバに対して非接触状態でDC−DCコンバータ及びインバータの少なくとも一方が直接的に取り付けられている請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池の搭載構造。
- 前記防振部材は、前記燃料電池を支持するスタックフレームに連結されており、
前記補機類は、前記スタックフレームを介して前記燃料電池に取り付けられると共に、車両上方から見て前記スタックフレームに隠れる位置に配置されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池の搭載構造。
