Claims (9)
- カテーテル機器において、
第1ルーメン及び第2ルーメンを画定しているカテーテルシャフトと、
前記第1ルーメンと流体連通する近位ポートであって、当該近位ポートを通って伸長した細長い装置の周りを封止することができる弾性弁部材を一体に関連付けて有している近位ポートと、
前記第1ルーメンの中の流体圧力を測定することができるセンサーと、
前記第1ルーメンと流体連通する遠位ポートであって、患者の血管の内に配置することができて前記血管の中に配置されたときに圧力の掛けられた血液を受け入れるように構成されている遠位ポートと、
前記カテーテルシャフト上に搭載されている膨張式バルーンであって、前記第2ルーメンと流体連通する内側空隙を有している膨張式バルーンと、
前記第2ルーメンと流体連通する近位膨張ポートと、
前記第1ルーメンを通って同軸に延びる装置シャフトを有する、同軸に受け入れられた装置と、を備え、
前記同軸に受け入れられた装置が、注入ルーメンを有する注入カテーテルであり、
前記注入カテーテルは、前記注入ルーメンと流体連通する近位ポートを有していて、当該注入ルーメンの前記近位ポートへ押し込まれる流体の圧力を測定することができるセンサーを更に備えている、カテーテル機器。 - 前記センサーは、前記第1ルーメン内の場所からの流体圧力を感知するように配置されている、請求項1に記載のカテーテル機器。
- 前記センサーは、前記遠位ポートに起こる流体圧力を指示する前記第1ルーメンの中の流体圧力を測定することができる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル機器。
- 前記カテーテル機器は前記近位ポートを画定しているハブ部材を備えており、前記センサーは前記ハブ上に搭載されている、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のカテーテル機器。
- 圧力の掛けられた液体培地の注入に有用なカテーテルシステムにおいて、
第1ルーメン及び第2ルーメンを画定する第1カテーテルシャフトを有している第1カテーテルであって、前記第1ルーメンは第1ルーメン近位ポート及び第1ルーメン遠位ポートと流体連通しており、当該第1カテーテルは、前記第1カテーテルシャフト上に搭載されている膨張式バルーンと、前記第1カテーテルシャフトによって画定されていて近位膨張ポートから前記膨張式バルーンの内側空隙と流体連通する遠位ポートまで延びる注入ルーメンと、を含んでいる、第1カテーテルと、
前記第1ルーメン遠位ポートが患者の血管の中に配置されているときに、前記第1ルーメンの中に生成される流体圧力を測定することができる第1センサーと、
第2カテーテルルーメンを画定する第2カテーテルシャフトを有している第2カテーテルであって、前記第2カテーテルシャフトは前記第1カテーテルの前記第1ルーメンを通って同軸に受け入れ可能である、第2カテーテルと、
前記第2カテーテルルーメンへ押し込まれる液体の圧力を測定することができる第2センサーと、を備え、
前記第1ルーメン近位ポートは、前記第2カテーテルが当該第1ルーメン近位ポートを通って伸長したときに前記第2カテーテルの周りを封止することができる弾性弁部材を一体に関連付けて有している、カテーテルシステム。 - 前記第2カテーテルルーメンと流体連通していて圧力の掛けられた流体を当該第2カテーテルルーメンへ押し込むことができる液体入力装置を更に備えている、請求項5に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第2センサーは、前記液体入力装置と前記第2カテーテルルーメンの間に配置されている、請求項6に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第2カテーテルは、前記第2カテーテルシャフト上に搭載されている膨張式バルーンを含んでいる、請求項5から7の何れか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
- 前記第1カテーテルと前記第2カテーテルの一方又は両方は、設定された湾曲状態を有する遠位部分を含んでいる、請求項5から8の何れか1項に記載のカテーテルシステム。
