Claims (30)
- ヒト心臓用の補助循環装置であって、
心臓動脈内に配置されるようにサイズ決定され、かつ前記心臓動脈内の選択された場所に配置されるように構成されるステントであって、流路を画定する開放構成を有するように構成される、ステントと、
前記ステント内に適合するようにサイズ決定され、かつ前記選択された位置および前記流路内で経皮的に配置されるように構成される回転子であって、中心部の周りに配置され、かつ前記流路に対して角度を成す、両端部が先細りの螺旋状の表面を含み、さらに長手方向軸を画定し、第1の複数の磁石を有する、回転子と、
前記選択された位置で前記心臓動脈に隣接して、電気巻線を有する固定子を備える、カラーと、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結された電源と、
前記電源から前記固定子への電力の印加に応じて相互作用し、前記回転子を前記長手方向軸の周りで回転させるように構成される、前記固定子および前記回転子と、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結され、かつ前記回転子の回転速度を制御するように構成される、タイミング制御モジュールと、を備え、
前記回転子の前記表面は、前記回転子の回転に応じて、前記流路に沿って血液を移動させるように構成され、
前記回転子は、前記両端部に向けて先細りの形状を有する、補助循環装置。 - 前記ステントは磁石セットを含み、前記回転子は第2の複数の磁石を含み、前記ステントの前記磁石セットと前記回転子の前記第2の複数の磁石とは、共働して前記流路に対する前記回転子の長手方向位置を制御する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記選択された位置は、大動脈および肺動脈の両方であり得る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記選択された位置は、弁上である、
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記回転子の前記表面は、複数の羽根によって形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング制御モジュールは、自然の拍動を感知するように構成されるセンサと動作可能に連結され、前記タイミングモジュールは、前記自然の拍動に応じて前記回転子の前記回転速度を制御するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング制御モジュールは、前記回転子の前記回転速度を基準速度とより速い速度との間で制御するように構成され、前記基準速度は、前記装置を閉鎖弁として機能させるように構成され、前記より速い速度は、前記流路に沿って所望の流速で血液を移動させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子および前記ステントの一方または両方が、抗凝固剤で被覆される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、皮下に配置されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、経皮充電のために構成される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- ヒト心臓のための補助循環装置であって、
心臓動脈内の選択された位置で前記心臓動脈内に配置されるようにサイズ決定されるステントであって、流路を画定するように構成される、ステントと、
前記ステント内および前記選択された位置および前記流路内に適合するようにサイズ決定される磁化された回転子であって、中心部の周りに配置され、かつ前記流路に対して角度を成す、両端部が先細りの螺旋状の表面を含み、さらに長手方向軸を含む、回転子と、
前記磁化された回転子に隣接して配置され、電気巻線を有する固定子と、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結された電源と、
前記電源から前記固定子への電力の印加に応じて相互作用し、前記回転子を前記長手方向軸の周りで回転させるように構成される、前記固定子および前記回転子と、
前記固定子と動作可能に連結され、かつ前記回転子の回転速度を基準となる第1の速度とより速い第2の速度との間で制御するように構成される、タイミング制御モジュールと、を備え、
前記回転子の前記表面は、前記回転子の回転に応じて、前記流路に沿って血液を移動させるように構成され、
前記回転子は、前記両端部に向けて先細りの形状を有する、補助循環装置。 - 前記ステントは、折り畳み構成と拡張構成との間で切り替え可能であり、前記折り畳み構成は、所望の位置における前記ステントの経皮配置を可能にし、前記ステントは、前記ステントが前記流路を画定する時に、前記折り畳み構成から前記拡張構成に切り替わるように構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子は、折り畳み構成と拡張構成との間で切り替え可能であり、前記折り畳み構成は、前記所望の位置における前記ステント内の前記回転子の経皮配置を可能にする、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子は、複数の羽根を含み、前記羽根は、前記回転子が前記折り畳み構成から前記拡張構成に切り替えられた時に拡張するように構成される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子に隣接して配置されたカラーをさらに備え、前記カラーは前記固定子を含み、前記カラーおよび前記回転子は、共働する磁石セットを含み、前記磁石セットは、共働して前記ステントに対する前記回転子の長手方向位置を前記流路に沿って制御する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記選択された位置は、大動脈および肺動脈の両方であり得る、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記選択された位置は、弁上である、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング制御モジュールは、自然の拍動を感知するように構成されるセンサと動作可能に連結され、前記タイミングモジュールは、前記自然の拍動に応じて前記回転子の前記回転速度を制御するように構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング制御モジュールは、前記回転子の前記回転速度を基準速度とより速い速度との間で制御するように構成され、前記基準速度は、前記装置を閉鎖弁として機能させるように構成され、前記より速い速度は、前記流路に沿って所望の流速で血液を移動させるように構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング制御モジュールは、前記回転子の前記回転速度を制御して第1の流量特性および第2の流量特性を生じさせるように構成され、前記第1の流量特性は、少なくても部分的な逆方向の流れを生じさせ、前記第2の流量特性は、順方向の流れを生じさせる、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子および前記ステントのうちの一方または両方が、抗凝固剤で被覆される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、皮下に配置されるように構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記電源は、電池であり、経皮充電のために構成される、請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記タイミング制御モジュールは、経皮的プログラミングのために構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記カラーは、選択された位置での低侵襲性の配置に適合される、請求項15に記載の装置。
- ヒト心臓用の補助循環装置であって、
心臓動脈内に配置されるようにサイズ決定され、かつ前記心臓動脈内の選択された場所に配置されるように構成されるステントであって、流路を画定する開放構成を有するように構成されて、かつ磁石セットを含む、ステントと、
前記ステント内に適合するようにサイズ決定され、かつ中心部の周りに配置され、かつ前記流路に対して角度を成す、第1の端部及び第2の端部が先細りの螺旋状の表面を含み、さらに長手方向軸を画定し、第1の複数の磁石および第2の複数の磁石を有する、回転子と、
前記ステントの前記磁石セットと前記回転子の前記第2の複数の磁石とは、共働して前記流路に対する前記回転子の長手方向位置を制御し、
前記回転子は、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部に向けて先細りの形状を有する、補助循環装置。 - 前記回転子の前記第2の複数の磁石は、前記回転子の前記第1の端部に隣接して配置された1つ以上の磁石と、前記回転子の前記第2の端部に隣接して配置された1つ以上の磁石と、を含む、請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子の前記第2の複数の磁石の1つ以上の磁石が、前記回転子の1つ以上の外表面の上または前記回転子の前記外表面の下に配置される、請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記ステントは、第1の端部、第2の端部、前記ステントの前記第1の端部に隣接して配置された1つ以上の磁石、および前記ステントの前記第2の端部に隣接して配置される1つ以上の磁石を含む、請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記ステントの前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部の1つ以上の磁石は、前記ステントの内表面、前記ステントの外表面、または前記ステントの前記内表面と前記外表面との間の1つ以上に配置される、請求項29に記載の装置。
