Claims (8)
- 冷媒吸入部が具備されるシェルと、
前記シェルの内部に提供され、圧縮空間を形成するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの内部で往復運動し、前記圧縮空間で冷媒を圧縮するピストンと、
前記ピストンに駆動力を付与し、永久磁石が具備されるモータアセンブリと、を含み、
前記ピストンは、
円筒状の外周面を有し、コーティング処理された第1表面処理部を形成するピストン本体と、
前記ピストン本体の一側端部を形成し、前記圧縮空間に冷媒を吸入する吸入孔を有し、コーティング処理されていない第1非表面処理部を形成するバルブ支持部と、を含み、
前記ピストンは、前記ピストン本体の他側端部に結合され、前記ピストン本体の半径方向に拡張されるフランジ部を含み、
前記ピストン本体は、
前記第1表面処理部を形成する第1外周面と、
コーティング処理されていない第2非表面処理部が形成される第2外周面と、を含み、
前記第1外周面は、前記バルブ支持部が形成されるピストン本体の一側端部から前記フランジ部に向かって延長される外周面であり、
前記第2外周面は、前記フランジ部が結合されるピストン本体の他側端部から前記バルブ支持部に向かって延長される外周面であり、
前記第2非表面処理部は、前記シリンダの熱を前記ピストン本体に伝達する非磁性体で構成され、
前記シリンダの内周面に第2表面処理部が形成され、
前記第2外周面の一部は、前記シリンダの内周面に接触するように形成される、リニア圧縮機。 - 前記バルブ支持部は、前記ピストンのうち前記圧縮空間に向かう平面であり、前記第1非表面処理部は前記バルブ支持部の外面に形成される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第1非表面処理部は、前記圧縮空間の熱を前記ピストン本体に伝達する非磁性体で構成される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第2非表面処理部は、前記第1非表面処理部から離隔される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記第1非表面処理部は前記ピストン本体の一側端部に形成され、
前記第2非表面処理部は前記ピストン本体の他側端部に形成される、請求項4に記載のリニア圧縮機。 - 前記バルブ支持部に結合され、前記吸入孔を選択的に開放する吸入バルブを更に含む、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記ピストン及びシリンダは非磁性体で形成される、請求項1に記載のリニア圧縮機。
- 前記ピストンとシリンダはアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で形成される、請求項7に記載のリニア圧縮機。
