Description
(a)酢酸ビニル、(メタ)アクリル酸およびその誘導体から選択される少なくとも1つのモノマー単位を含む、少なくとも1つの過酸化物系架橋性二元コポリマーであって、二元コポリマーが2.16kgの試験負荷および190℃の試験温度によりDIN EN ISO 1133に従って測定された、3g/10分以下のメルトフローインデックスを有する、過酸化物系架橋性二元コポリマー、
(b)少なくとも1つの過酸化物、
(c)少なくとも1つの化学発泡剤および
(d)1つ以上のジエンモノマーに基づく少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび
(e)モノ不飽和炭化水素またはポリ不飽和炭化水素から選択される少なくとも1つの第1モノマー、ならびに、(メタ)アクリル酸およびその誘導体から選択される少なくとも1つの第2モノマーに基づく、少なくとも1つのターポリマー
を含む、熱膨張性調製物である。
−スチレン−ブタジエン−(メタ)アクリレート酸、
−スチレン−ブタジエン−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、
−エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル−グリシジル(メタ)アクリル酸エステルおよび/または
−特にエチレン−アクリル酸エチル−無水マレイン酸およびエチレン−アクリル酸ブチル無水マレイン酸のような、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸エステル−無水マレイン酸
を使用する場合に特に良好な流出挙動が達成される。

Claims (14)
- 熱膨張性調製物の総重量に基づいて、
(a)酢酸ビニル、(メタ)アクリル酸およびその誘導体から選択される少なくとも1つのモノマー単位を含む、少なくとも1つの過酸化物系架橋性二元コポリマーであって、二元コポリマーが2.16kgの試験負荷および190℃の試験温度によりDIN EN ISO 1133に従って測定された、3g/10分以下のメルトフローインデックスを有する、少なくとも40重量%の過酸化物系架橋性二元コポリマー、
(b)0.2〜2重量%の、少なくとも1つの過酸化物、
(c)5〜18重量%の、少なくとも1つの化学発泡剤、および
(d)2.16kgの試験負荷および150℃の試験温度によりDIN EN ISO 1133に従って測定された、少なくとも2g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有する、2〜20重量%の1つ以上のジエンモノマーに基づく少なくとも1つのポリマー、および
(e)モノ不飽和炭化水素またはポリ不飽和炭化水素から選択される少なくとも1つの第1モノマー、ならびに、(メタ)アクリル酸およびその誘導体から選択される少なくとも1つの第2モノマーに基づく、少なくとも1つのターポリマー
を含む、熱膨張性調製物。 - 過酸化物系架橋性ポリマー(a)が、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、官能化エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸ブチルコポリマー、官能化エチレン−アクリル酸ブチルコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸メチルコポリマー、エチレン−アクリル酸エチルコポリマー、エチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーおよびエチレン−アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシルコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- 成分(a)として、エチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマーを、好ましくは二元コポリマーの総重量に基づいて、9〜22重量%の酢酸ビニル含量で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- スルホン酸ヒドラジドおよび/またはアゾジカルボンアミドを発泡剤として含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- ポリマー(d)が、ポリブタジエンホモポリマー、ポリイソプレンホモポリマー、およびブタジエン−イソプレンコポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- ポリマー(d)が、シンジオタクチック構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- ターポリマー(e)が、スチレン、(メタ)アクリル酸グリシジルエステルおよび無水マレイン酸から選択される第3のモノマー単位を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- 石油留分から生成され、ポリスチレンを標準物質として使用するゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)によって決定される2500g/mol以下のモル質量を有する、少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマー(炭化水素樹脂)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- 熱膨張性調製物が膨張前の室温における組成物の体積と、170℃の活性温度における加熱から30分後の組成物の体積とに基づいて、少なくとも1000%の膨張度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物。
- キャビティに適合する形状を有し、かつ、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の熱膨張性調製物を有することを特徴とする、部品のキャビティを封止するためのバッフル部材。
- キャビティへ固定することを可能にする少なくとも1つの固定要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッフル部材。
- キャリア構造を有さないことを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載のバッフル部材。
- 請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載のバッフル部材を、キャビティに導入し、次いで130℃を超える温度まで加熱することにより、熱膨張性調製物を膨張させてキャビティを封止する、部品のキャビティを封止するための方法。
