Description
また、請求項4の発明は、請求項1または2の発明において、前記切替機構が、前記第1状態を設定するために作動して前記ストラットを動作させるアクチュエータを有していて、前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第1状態を設定するために前記差回転を負にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第1目標差回転が設定され、前記差回転を前記第1目標差回転に維持した状態で前記アクチュエータを作動させて前記第1状態を設定することにより、前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させ、その後、前記差回転を正にした状態で前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させるように構成されているとともに、前記差回転を正にした状態で前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させるために前記差回転を正にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第2目標差回転が設定されていて、前記アクチュエータの作動が完了し、かつ前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ側へ突出する動作が完了した後に、前記差回転を前記第2目標差回転まで上昇させ、前記ストラットの一部と前記第2クラッチ部材の一部との係合が完了するまで、前記差回転が前記第2目標差回転に維持されるように前記モータを制御することを特徴とするものである。
Claims (7)
- 相対回転可能な第1クラッチ部材ならびに第2クラッチ部材と、少なくとも一部が前記第1クラッチ部材側から前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出するように動作するストラットと、前記ストラットの前記第2クラッチ部材側への突出を許容する第1状態ならびに前記ストラットの突出を阻止する第2状態を選択的に設定する切替機構とを有し、前記第1状態を設定して前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出して前記第2クラッチ部材の一部と係合することにより正回転方向もしくは逆回転方向のいずれか一方向のみの前記相対回転を規制する係合状態と、前記第2状態を設定して前記ストラットを前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させないことにより正回転方向ならびに逆回転方向の両方向の前記相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチ、および、前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方のクラッチ部材の回転速度を制御することが可能なモータを備え、前記モータによって前記回転速度を制御することにより、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で規制される方向の前記相対回転である正の差回転と、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で許容される方向の前記相対回転である負の差回転とをそれぞれ生じさせることが可能な車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える場合に、前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第2状態から切り替えて前記第1状態を設定することにより前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させるとともに、その後、前記差回転を正の状態にして前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させて、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替えるように構成されているとともに、
前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第1状態を設定するために前記差回転を負にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第1目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出するまで、前記差回転が前記第1目標差回転に維持されるように前記モータを制御する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記切替機構は、前記第1状態を設定するために作動して前記ストラットを動作させるアクチュエータを有していて、
前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第1状態を設定する場合に、前記差回転が前記第1目標差回転に到達する前に前記アクチュエータの作動を開始する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 相対回転可能な第1クラッチ部材ならびに第2クラッチ部材と、少なくとも一部が前記第1クラッチ部材側から前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出するように動作するストラットと、前記ストラットの前記第2クラッチ部材側への突出を許容する第1状態ならびに前記ストラットの突出を阻止する第2状態を選択的に設定する切替機構とを有し、前記第1状態を設定して前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出して前記第2クラッチ部材の一部と係合することにより正回転方向もしくは逆回転方向のいずれか一方向のみの前記相対回転を規制する係合状態と、前記第2状態を設定して前記ストラットを前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させないことにより正回転方向ならびに逆回転方向の両方向の前記相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチ、および、前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方のクラッチ部材の回転速度を制御することが可能なモータを備え、前記モータによって前記回転速度を制御することにより、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で規制される方向の前記相対回転である正の差回転と、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で許容される方向の前記相対回転である負の差回転とをそれぞれ生じさせることが可能な車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える場合に、前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第2状態から切り替えて前記第1状態を設定することにより前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させるとともに、その後、前記差回転を正の状態にして前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させて、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替えるように構成されているとともに、
前記切替機構は、前記第1状態を設定するために作動して前記ストラットを動作させるアクチュエータを有していて、
前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第1状態を設定するために前記差回転を負にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第1目標差回転が設定され、
前記差回転を前記第1目標差回転に維持した状態で前記アクチュエータを作動させて前記第1状態を設定することにより、前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させ、その後、前記差回転を正にした状態で前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させるように構成されているとともに、
前記差回転を正にした状態で前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させるために前記差回転を正にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第2目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記アクチュエータの作動が完了し、かつ前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ側へ突出する動作が完了した後に、前記差回転を前記第2目標差回転まで上昇させ、前記ストラットの一部と前記第2クラッチ部材の一部との係合が完了するまで、前記差回転が前記第2目標差回転に維持されるように前記モータを制御する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記切替機構は、前記第1状態を設定するために作動して前記ストラットを動作させるアクチュエータを有していて、
前記差回転を負にした状態で前記第1状態を設定するために前記差回転を負にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第1目標差回転が設定され、
前記差回転を前記第1目標差回転に維持した状態で前記アクチュエータを作動させて前記第1状態を設定することにより、前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させ、その後、前記差回転を正にした状態で前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させるように構成されているとともに、
前記差回転を正にした状態で前記ストラットの一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させるために前記差回転を正にする際の前記差回転の目標値として第2目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記アクチュエータの作動が完了し、かつ前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ側へ突出する動作が完了した後に、前記差回転を前記第2目標差回転まで上昇させ、前記ストラットの一部と前記第2クラッチ部材の一部との係合が完了するまで、前記差回転が前記第2目標差回転に維持されるように前記モータを制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 予測される制御外乱の大きさが大きいほど、前記第1目標差回転の絶対値を大きくする
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方が連結され、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2回転要素に前記モータおよび前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか他方が連結され、第3回転要素からトルクを出力する第1差動機構とを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方が連結され、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2回転要素に前記モータが連結され、第3回転要素からトルクを出力する第1差動機構と、
互いに差動作用を行う他の3つの回転要素を有するとともに、それら他の3つの回転要素のうちの第4回転要素に前記第1回転要素が連結され、第5回転要素に前記第2回転要素が連結され、第6回転要素に前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか他方が連結されるとともに前記第6回転要素の回転が止められることにより前記第5回転要素を前記第4回転要素とは反対方向に回転させるように構成された第2差動機構とを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
