Claims (10)
- 測定対象物に光を照射するための光源と、
前記光源から照射された光が前記測定対象物から拡散及び反射された拡散反射光を受光 するための受光レンズと、
前記受光レンズの中央部に形成され、内部に前記光源が配置される安着ホールと、
内側面が前記光源に密着し、外側面が前記安着ホールの内壁に密着し、前面は前記受光 レンズの表面から前記測定対象物に向かう方向に突出する内部遮光部材と、
を備え、
前記光源の光軸と前記受光レンズの焦点が同一線上に位置する、
光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記内部遮光部材は、弾性を有して光を遮断する材質で構成され、前記光源から前記測 定対象物に照射された光が前記測定対象物の表面や薄い浸透深さで直接反射されて前記受 光レンズに入射することを防止する、
請求項1に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記内部遮光部材は、前記光源を前記安着ホールの中心に固定する固定部材の機能を有 する、
請求項2に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記光源は、
楕円形反射面(ellipsoidal surface)を有する円筒形の光源本 体と、
前記楕円形反射面の頂点(focal point)に位置する発光素子と、
を含み、
前記円筒形の光源本体の外径の大きさは、前記安着ホールの内径の大きさ以下である、 請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記受光レンズの外側部を取り囲み、前面は前記測定対象物に向かう方向に突出する外 部遮光部材をさらに含む、
請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記外部遮光部材は、弾性を有して光を遮断する材質で構成され、外部の自然光や散乱 光が前記受光レンズに流入されることを防止する、
請求項5に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 前記外部遮光部材は、前記内部遮光部材より前記受光レンズの表面から前記測定対象物 に向かう方向にもっと突出し、折ることが可能な折部を含む、
請求項5または6に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ。 - 本体ケースと、
前記本体ケースの前面に装着されるヘッド部と、
前記本体ケースの内部に配置される分光器と、
を備え、
前記ヘッド部は、請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の光源一体型レンズアセンブリ を備え、
前記分光器の光軸が前記光源の光軸及び前記受光レンズの焦点と同一線上に位置する、 分光分析装置。 - 前記光源を駆動するための光源駆動部と、前記分光器から出力される光を検出するため の光検出部と、前記光検出部の出力を外部機器に転送するための外部通信部と、を含むコ ントローラをさらに備える、
請求項8に記載の分光分析装置。 - 前記分光器の入力スリットの前方に薄膜光フィルターをさらに備える、
