Claims (4)
- 内部に作用室が形成されるシリンダと、
上記シリンダの一方側開口部に固定される環状のロッドガイドと、
上記ロッドガイドの上記作用室側に固定される環状のシートと、
上記ロッドガイドと上記シートの内側に軸方向に移動可能に挿通されるロッドと、
上記ロッドガイドの内周に保持されて上記ロッドの外周面に摺接する環状のオイルシールと、
上記シリンダ内に挿入される上記ロッドの外周に取り付けられて最伸長時に上記シートに突き当たるリバウンドクッションと、
上記シートの外周部に形成された切欠によって形成される縦通路を有するとともに上記作用室の圧力を上記オイルシールに伝える連通路とを備えており、
上記縦通路の上記作用室側の開口が、上記シートにおいて上記リバウンドクッションが突き当たる部分よりも外周側に配置されることを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 上記ロッドガイドの外周には、上記シート側端に向けて徐々に縮径されて上記切欠に対向する傾斜面が形成されるとともに、上記ロッドガイドの上記シート側には、直径方向に沿う底溝が形成されており、
上記連通路は、上記傾斜面と上記シリンダとの間に形成される環状通路と、上記底溝と上記シートとの間に形成される横通路とを有して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 上記シートの上記ロッドガイド側には、上記切欠から中心側に径方向に沿って延びる横溝が形成されており、上記連通路は、上記横溝と上記ロッドガイドとの間に形成される横通路を有して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記シートは、上記ロッドガイドに当接していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
