Claims (2)
- 端子に接続される針状の接触子を電線の端面から導体内部に侵入させて前記端子と前記電線とを電気的に接続する電線接続構造であって、
前記端子は、該端子の延在方向と略直交して前記電線の端面が当接する当接面を有する接合部が一端に設けられ、
前記接触子は、前記接合部に片持ち支持されて前記当接面から離れる方向に突出された直状の胴部が仮想軸周りに互いに平行に複数配置され、各接触子の前記胴部の先端部に前記仮想軸と離れる方向に突出する突起部が設けられ、
前記電線の端面の導体部に前記接触子の前記先端部と前記胴部とが侵入され、前記電線の外周面に装着されたリング部材が、前記接触子の前記先端部を除いた前記胴部に対向する前記電線の外周面を加締めてなる電線接続構造。 - 前記各接触子は、支持板の一面から突出して該支持板と一体に形成され、
前記支持板は、前記各接触子が前記端子の前記接合部に設けられた貫通穴に挿通された状態で、前記接合部の前記当接面と反対側の面の前記貫通穴の周縁に前記一面が固定されてなる請求項1に記載の電線接続構造。
