Description
Claims (5)
- 先端工具に打撃力が伝達される一方、回転力は伝達されない第1動作モードと、前記先端工具に少なくとも回転力が伝達される第2動作モードと、を含む2つ以上の動作モードを有する打撃工具であって、動力源であるモータと、前記モータを停止させる停止制御を実行する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、所定条件に応じて2つ以上の前記停止制御のいずれか1つを実行し、
前記停止制御には、前記モータに対する制動力が大きい停止制御と、前記モータに対する制動力が小さい停止制御と、が含まれ、
前記制御部は、前記モータの回転中に動作モードの切り替えが行われると、前記制動力が大きい停止制御を実行する、打撃工具。 - 前記制動力が大きい停止制御は、前記モータの回転を積極的に停止させるブレーキ工程を含む積極停止制御であり、前記制動力が小さい停止制御は、前記ブレーキ工程を含まない自然停止制御である、請求項1に記載の打撃工具。
- 先端工具に打撃力が伝達される一方、回転力は伝達されない第1動作モードと、前記先端工具に少なくとも回転力が伝達される第2動作モードと、を含む2つ以上の動作モードを有する打撃工具であって、動力源であるモータと、前記モータを停止させる停止制御を実行する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、所定条件に応じて2つ以上の前記停止制御のいずれか1つを実行し、
前記停止制御には、前記モータに対する制動力が大きい停止制御と、前記モータに対する制動力が小さい停止制御と、が含まれ、
前記制御部は、前記第1動作モードが選択されているときには前記制動力が小さい停止制御を実行し、前記第2動作モードが選択されているときには前記制動力が大きい停止制御を実行する、打撃工具。 - 選択されている動作モードを示すモード検出信号を前記制御部に送信するモード検出部を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の打撃工具。
- 前記モータは、複数のコイルを備えるステータと、極性が異なる磁石を備えるロータと、を有するブラシレスモータであり、前記制御部は、前記複数のコイルへの通電を制御する複数のスイッチング素子を制御し、前記制御部は、前記制動力が小さい停止制御においては、前記コイルへの通電が遮断されるように前記スイッチング素子を制御し、前記制御部は、前記制動力が大きい停止制御においては、前記コイルを含む閉回路が形成され、前記ロータに回生ブレーキが作用するように前記スイッチング素子を制御する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の打撃工具。
