Claims (4)
- ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
作動媒体を用いたランキンサイクルを利用することによって前記圧縮機から吐出された圧縮ガスの熱エネルギーを回収する熱エネルギー回収部と、
を備え、
前記熱エネルギー回収部が、
圧縮ガスと作動媒体とを熱交換させることにより圧縮ガスの熱を回収する熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器において圧縮ガスと熱交換した作動媒体を膨張させる膨張機と、
前記膨張機からの動力を回収する動力回収部と、
前記膨張機から流出した作動媒体を凝縮させる凝縮器と、
前記凝縮器から流出した作動媒体を前記熱交換器へ送るポンプと、
前記熱交換器、前記膨張機、前記凝縮器及び前記ポンプを接続する循環流路と、
前記膨張機をバイパスするように前記循環流路に接続されたバイパス流路と、
を備え、
前記熱交換器に圧縮ガスが流入している間において、前記バイパス流路に作動媒体が流れるためのバイパス条件が成立したときに、膨張機の駆動状態によらず、前記ポンプの駆動が継続され、作動媒体が前記バイパス流路を介して前記循環流路を循環し、前記熱交換器において前記圧縮機にて吐出された圧縮ガスを冷却し、
前記バイパス条件が成立したときに、前記熱交換器から流出した作動媒体の過熱度が0以上の数である予め定められた下限値以上、かつ、予め定められた上限値以下となるように前記熱交換器への作動媒体の流入量を調整する流入量制御部をさらに備える、圧縮装置。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮装置において、
前記バイパス条件が、予め定められた前記膨張機の停止条件を含み、前記停止条件が成立したときに、前記膨張機を停止するとともに、作動媒体を前記バイパス流路を介して前記循環流路を循環させる、圧縮装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮装置において、
前記熱交換器が、
前記圧縮機から吐出された圧縮ガスが通過するガス流路と、
作動媒体が流れるとともに当該作動媒体と圧縮ガスとの熱交換が可能な位置に配置された第1流路と、
圧縮ガスを冷却するための冷却流体が流れるとともに当該冷却流体と圧縮ガスとの熱交換が可能となる位置に配置された第2流路と、
を備え、
前記第1流路は、前記熱交換器内において前記第2流路よりも上流側に配置されている、圧縮装置。 - 請求項3に記載の圧縮装置において、
前記ガス流路が前記熱交換器の筐体の内部空間であり、
前記第1流路及び前記第2流路が、前記内部空間にて蛇行しつつ延びるチューブであり、
前記第1流路の外面及び前記第2流路の外面には、複数のフィンが形成されている、圧縮装置。
