Description
しかし、これは、本発明を特定の実施形態に対して限定しようとするものではなく、本発明の思想及び技術範囲に含まれる全ての変更、均等物乃至代替物を含むものと理解しなければならない。
本発明のさらに他の実施形態に係るタッチスクリーンアセンブリーは、前記タッチスクリーンパネルの導線210が、絶縁フィルム300の外側に露出し、その上に導電性ライン220が形成されるように構成してもよい。
本発明の実施形態に係るタッチスクリーンアセンブリーの製造方法は、大きく、タッチスクリーンパネルの製造段階と、印刷回路基板の実装段階とで構成される。

Claims (10)
- 上部表面を有する基板と、
前記基板の上部表面に形成された透明電極層と、
前記透明電極層と電気的に連結された複数のタッチ導線と、
前記透明電極層に形成された絶縁フィルムと、
少なくとも一つは前記絶縁フィルムの下部で前記複数の導電と直接連結され、前記絶縁フィルムの外側に延びて露出される複数の導電性ラインを含むタッチスクリーンパネルと、
少なくとも一つが前記タッチスクリーンパネルの複数の導電性ラインのうち一つと電気的に連結される複数のパッドを含むPCBと、
前記パッドと前記導電性ラインとの間に具備され、所定の熱と共に圧力が加えられると高分子樹脂が溶融し、導電ボールが前記パッドと前記導電性ラインとの間に機械的/物理的に結合される異方性導電接着剤を含み、
少なくとも一つの導電性ラインのうち一部は前記PCBを超えて水平に延びて、前記基板の上部表面において垂直方向にPCBと重畳されず、前記少なくとも一つの導電性ラインのうち前記一部は垂直方向に前記絶縁フィルムとPCBから露出され、
前記導電性ラインはポリマ樹脂と金属粒子が混合された金属ペーストであることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。 - 前記導電性ライン各々の一端は前記複数のタッチ導線のうち少なくとも一つと重なるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記タッチスクリーンアセンブリーは上板と下板で形成され、
前記複数の導線とタッチ導電性ラインは前記上板と下板のうち少なくとも一つに形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。 - 少なくとも一つの導電性ラインの露出された部分の長さは前記絶縁フィルムの下部の前記導電性ラインの長さより長いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記金属粒子は、金、銀、銅、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、ニッケル、及びアルミニウムのいずれか一つ以上の金属、またはこれらの合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記少なくとも一つのパッドは少なくとも一つの導電性ラインの露出された部分に形成され、前記少なくとも一つの導電性ラインと電気的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記各導電性ラインの一端は前記タッチ導線及び基板と直接的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記各導電性ラインの露出された部分は前記基板と直接的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記導電性ラインの幅は前記タッチ導線の幅より広いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
- 前記複数のタッチ導線は各々前記複数の導電性ラインと直接的に連結されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンアセンブリー。
