Description
Claims (14)
- 患者について以前の動脈血液ガス(ABG)テストの結果を受信するステップと;
前記以前のABGテストの結果と、前記患者の次のABGテストの時間を定義するルールのセットとに基づいて、前記患者について次のABGテストのための第1の時間を決定するステップと;
前記患者についての酸素分圧(PaO2)又は二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)を得るためのモニタリングデータを非侵襲的手段によって取得するステップと;
前記モニタリングデータに基づいて、前記患者の前記PaO2又はPaCO2を決定するステップと;
前記以前のABGテストの結果と前記PaO2又はPaCO2との比較に基づき、前記第1の時間を第2の時間へと修正するステップと;
を含み、
前記比較に基づき前記PaO2又はPaCO2が前記患者の状態が悪化していないことを示す場合、前記第2の時間は前記第1の時間より遅い時間である;
方法。 - 前記比較に基づき前記PaO2又はPaCO2が前記患者の状態が悪化していることを示す場合、前記第2の時間は前記第1の時間より早い時間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記PaO2は、SpO2及びtcO2のうちの一方に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記SpO2は、パルスオキシメータテストの結果に基づいて決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記PaCO2は、EtCO2及びtcCO2のうちの一方に基づいて決定される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の画像を受信するステップ
を更に含み、前記第2の時間は更に、前記患者の前記画像に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の時間の前記の決定は、前記画像が、以前の画像よりも前記患者が青白いことを示すかどうかに基づく、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 患者についての酸素分圧(PaO2)又は二酸化炭素分圧(PaCO2)を得るためのモニタリングデータを非侵襲的手段によって検出する患者モニタと;
前記患者についての以前の動脈血液ガス(ABG)テストの結果を格納し、該以前のABGテストの結果と、前記患者の次のABGテストの時間を定義するルールのセットとに基づいて決定される前記患者の次のABGテストのための第1の時間を格納する、メモリと;
前記モニタリングデータに基づいて前記患者の前記PaO2又はPaCO2を決定し、前記以前のABGテストの結果と前記PaO2又はPaCO2との比較に基づき、前記第1の時間を第2の時間へと修正する、プロセッサと;
を備え、
前記プロセッサは、前記比較に基づき前記PaO2又はPaCO2が前記患者の状態が悪化していないことを示す場合、前記第2の時間を前記第1の時間より遅い時間にする;
システム。 - 前記比較に基づき前記PaO2又はPaCO2が前記患者の状態が悪化していることを示す場合、前記プロセッサは、前記第2の時間を前記第1の時間より早い時間にする、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記PaO2は、SpO2及びtcO2のうちの一方に基づいて決定される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記SpO2は、パルスオキシメータテストの結果に基づいて決定される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記PaCO2は、EtCO2及びtcCO2のうちの一方に基づいて決定される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記患者の画像を受信し、前記第2の時間が更に、前記患者の前記画像に基づいて決定される、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の時間の前記の決定は、前記画像が、以前の画像よりも前記患者が青白いことを示すかどうかに基づく、請求項13に記載のシステム。
