Description
[ガラス粉末試料の評価]
表1は、実施例で用いる光取り出し層形成用ガラス粉末(試料No.1〜10)及び比較例で用いる光取り出し層形成用ガラス粉末(試料No.11)をそれぞれ示している。
[ガラス基板の評価]
表1の試料No.1及びNo.11のガラス粉末試料を用いてガラス基板を作製し、評価した。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一方の表面が凹凸面であるガラス板と、前記凹凸面上に形成された光取り出し層とを有し、前記光取り出し層は、軟化点が525℃以上であり、モル%表示でAl 2 O 3 2〜10%、Nb 2 O 5 5%以下であるビスマス系の高軟化点ガラスで構成されていることを特徴とする有機EL素子用ガラス基板。
- 前記高軟化点ガラスは、屈折率ndが1.8〜2.2であり、モル%表示でZrO2を0.1%以上含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機EL素子用ガラス基板。
- 前記高軟化点ガラスは、モル%表示で、Bi2O3 10〜35%、B2O3 20〜35%、SiO2 5%超〜35%、Al2O3 2〜10%、ZnO 0〜10%、ZrO2 1〜8%含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機EL素子用ガラス基板。
- 前記高軟化点ガラスは、モル%表示で、Bi2O3 10〜35%、B2O3 20〜35%、SiO2+Al2O3 21〜45%、ZnO 0〜10%、ZrO2 0.1〜10%含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機EL素子用ガラス基板。
- 前記高軟化点ガラスは、PbOを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の有機EL素子用ガラス基板。
- 請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の有機EL素子用ガラス基板の光取り出し層上に透明導電膜が形成され、該透明導電膜上に有機EL層が形成されていることを特徴とする有機EL素子。
- 照明デバイス用途に使用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機EL素子。
- 少なくとも一方の表面が凹凸面であるガラス板上に、軟化点が525℃以上であり、モル%表示でAl 2 O 3 2〜10%、Nb 2 O 5 5%以下であるビスマス系の高軟化点ガラス粉末を塗布し、焼成することを特徴とする有機EL素子用ガラス基板の製造方法。
