Description
(i)電極触媒層をガス拡散層に適用してガス拡散電極を形成することができる。2つのガス拡散電極を、イオン伝導膜のいずれかの側に配し、互いに積層して5層MEAを形成する;
(ii)電極触媒層をイオン伝導膜の両面に適用して触媒被覆イオン伝導膜を形成することができる。続いて、ガス拡散層を触媒被覆イオン伝導膜の両面に適用する。
(iii)MEAは、イオン伝導膜の一側に電極触媒層を、その電極触媒層に隣接してガス拡散層を、そしてイオン伝導膜の他側にガス拡散電極を被覆して、形成することができる。
最も安定Nb=Ta>Ir〜Pt>Ti>Cu>Cr>Fe>Ni>Co最小の安定
五塩化タンタル(16.5g)を濃塩酸(60ml)に溶解させ、水(200ml)に塩化コバルト(II)(43.89g)が入った溶液に添加した。得られた溶液を、水(6L)にケトジェンEC300Jカーボン(35.00g)が分散したスラリーに添加した。攪拌したスラリーを1MのNaOHを用いてpH8に中和した。pHが8で安定したときに、水(500ml)にカリウムテトラクロロプラチナイト(32.18g)が溶解した溶液を添加した。スラリーを60℃まで温めた後、1MのNaOHを、pHが8で安定するまで添加した。スラリーを冷却し、濾過により収集し、水で洗浄し、105℃で乾燥させた。収量=80.7g。
10.0gの生成物を、N2中、1000℃でアニールした。収率=7.89g。
金属アッセイ(wt%):Pt=21.3%、Co=15.3%、Ta=12.0%(Pt25.1:Co59.7:Ta15.2at%)。
五塩化タンタル(5.79g)を濃塩酸(20ml)に溶解させ、水(250ml)に塩化コバルト(II)(54.73g)が入った溶液に添加した。得られた溶液を、水(6L)にケトジェンEC300Jカーボン(35.00g)が分散したスラリーに添加した。攪拌したスラリーを1MのNaOHを用いてpH8に中和した。pHが8で安定したときに、水(500ml)にカリウムテトラクロロプラチナイト(32.18g)が溶解した溶液を添加した。スラリーを60℃まで温めた後、1MのNaOHを、pHが8で安定するまで添加した。スラリーを冷却し、濾過により収集し、水で洗浄し、105℃で乾燥させた。収量74.83g。
10.0gの生成物を、N2中、2時間、1000℃でアニールした。収量=7.66g。
金属アッセイ(wt%):Pt=23.3%、Co=20.3%、Ta=2.80%(Pt24.9:Co71.9:Ta3.2at%)。
カリウムテトラクロロプラチナイトを添加しない以外は、実施例1及び2に記載された手順を使用し、五塩化タンタル(27.5g)、塩化コバルト(II)(54.87g)、及びケトジェンEC300Jカーボン(38.34g)を用いて、サンプルを調製した。10gのサンプルを分離し、実施例1及び2に匹敵する条件下でアニールさせ、Co3Ta/Cを得た(収量=7.94g)。ついで、上述の堆積技術の一つを使用し、白金を堆積させることができる。
Claims (9)
- Xがコバルトであり、Yがタンタルである燃料電池で使用するための白金合金触媒PtXYにおいて、合金中において白金の原子パーセントが20.5−40at%であり、Xの原子パーセントが40.5−78.5at%であり、Yの原子パーセントが1−19.5at%であることを特徴とする白金合金触媒PtXY。
- 触媒が支持されていない請求項1に記載の白金合金触媒PtXY。
- 触媒が伝導性支持材料に支持されている請求項1に記載の白金合金触媒PtXY。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の白金合金触媒PtXYを含む電極。
- 電極がカソードである請求項4に記載の電極。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の白金合金触媒PtXYを含むデカール転写基板。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の白金合金触媒PtXYを含む触媒被覆膜。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の白金合金触媒PtXYを含むリン酸燃料電池。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の白金合金触媒PtXYを含むプロトン交換膜燃料電池。
