Claims (10)
- 画像表示部及び前記画像表示部を囲むベゼル部が規定され、互いに貼り合わせられる第1基板及び第2基板と、
前記第2基板のベゼル部に備えられ、互いに分離して離隔した内側ブラックマトリクス及び外側ブラックマトリクスと、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板間に備えられる液晶層と、
前記第1基板のベゼル部の前記外側ブラックマトリクスとオーバーラップし、且つ前記内側ブラックマトリックスとオーバーラップしない領域に備えられた接地ラインと、
を含む、液晶表示装置。 - 前記内側ブラックマトリクスと前記外側ブラックマトリクス間に所定のギャップが形成されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記内側ブラックマトリクス及び前記外側ブラックマトリクスは、前記画像表示部を囲む形態で前記第2基板に配置されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板の接地ラインは、前記第1基板の画像表示部を囲む形態で配置されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記内側ブラックマトリクス及び前記外側ブラックマトリクスは、所定のギャップを介して互いに独立して分離されている、請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 画像表示部及び前記画像表示部を囲むベゼル部が規定された第1基板及び第2基板を供給する段階と、
前記第1基板上に薄膜トランジスタを形成する段階と、
前記第1基板上に前記薄膜トランジスタに電気的に接続される画素電極を形成する段階と、
前記第1基板に対向して貼り合わせられる前記第2基板のベゼル部に互いに分離して離隔するように内側ブラックマトリクス及び外側ブラックマトリクスを形成する段階と、
前記第1基板と前記第2基板間に液晶層を形成する段階と、
前記第1基板のベゼル部の前記外側ブラックマトリクスとオーバーラップし、且つ前記内側ブラックマトリクスとオーバーラップしない領域に接地ラインを形成する段階と、
を含む、液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記内側ブラックマトリクス及び前記外側ブラックマトリクスは、所定のギャップを介して互いに独立して分離形成される、請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記内側ブラックマトリクス及び前記外側ブラックマトリクスは、前記第2基板に前記画像表示部を囲む形態で形成される、請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記内側ブラックマトリクス及び前記外側ブラックマトリクスは、同時に形成される、請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1基板の接地ラインは、前記第1基板の画像表示部を囲む形態で配置される、請求項6に記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
