Description
樹脂:
上記樹脂は、熱硬化性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂の硬化物又は熱可塑性樹脂であることが好ましく、熱可塑性樹脂であることが好ましい。
繊維束は、例えば、強化繊維束である。繊維束の弾性率、特に強化繊維束の弾性率は比較的高い。
強度を効果的に高める観点からは、上記突条部の幅は、好ましくは1cm以上、より好ましくは5cm以上、更に好ましくは10cm以上、特に好ましくは30cm以上である。繊維強化シートの変形を容易にする観点からは、上記突条部の幅は、好ましくは5m以下、より好ましくは1m以下、更に好ましくは50cm以下、特に好ましくは10cm以下である。
上記繊維強化シートの成形方法としては、特に上記樹脂として熱可塑性樹脂を用いる場合の方法として、加熱により樹脂を軟化させた状態でロールフォーミング成形を行う方法等が挙げられる。また、突条部に樹脂を充填させるために、押出機を用いて、金型内に充填された樹脂を押出し、冷却しながら、押出物を引き取る方法を用いることができる。また、突条部を湾曲した状態にする方法としては、押出物を引き取った後に、樹脂が軟化状態又は樹脂の結晶化が完了していない状態で、押出物を曲げ加工する方法等が挙げられる。
上記繊維強化シートを用いることで、各種の構造体の表面に所定方向に突条部(リブ)構造を付与することができる。特に、その突条部の延びる方向に対して、著しく、強度を向上させることができる。突条部の延びる方向とずれた方向の強度を高めたい場合には、例えば、板材をはめ込むことができる。上記繊維強化シートにより付与される突条部(リブ)の構造を基礎にして、自由な補強が可能である。
上記構造体は、風車翼であることが好ましい。上記風車翼は、風車翼本体と、上記繊維強化シートにより形成された繊維樹脂部とを備える。上記風車翼では、上記風車翼本体の表面に、上記繊維樹脂部が取り付けられている。上記繊維樹脂部の脱離を効果的に抑える観点からは、上記風車翼では、上記繊維強化シートにおける上記樹脂未含浸繊維束部又は上記樹脂部分含浸繊維束部に樹脂又は接着剤が含浸された状態で、上記風車翼本体の表面に、上記繊維樹脂部が取り付けられていることが好ましい。

- 前記突条部が、直線状に延びている部分を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化シート。
- 前記突条部が、曲線状に延びている部分を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化シート。
- 前記突条部が複数である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化シート。
- 隣り合う複数の前記突条部の延びる方向が、平行であるか、又は、10°以下でずれた方向である、請求項13に記載の繊維強化シート。
- 湾曲している部分を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化シート。
- 前記突条部が側面に窪みを有する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化シート。
- 前記第2の表面側にて前記シート本体部から突出している少なくとも1つの第2の突条部を備える、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化シート。
