Description
炭酸ナトリウム(42.18g)と硝酸ナトリウム(21.63g)とを脱イオン水に溶解した溶液(800mL)に、塩基性炭酸マグネシウム(MgCO3×Mg(OH)2xH2O)(395g)を加えた。これを30分撹拌することにより混合塩スラリーを調製した。続いてこのスラリーにカバーを掛け、常温で16時間放置した。その後、120℃で16時間乾燥し、MgO:Na2CO3:NaNO3のドライケークを得た。分析の結果、質量比は75.8:16:8.2で、Mg:Naのモル比は約4.8であった。次に、このドライケークを仮焼した。仮焼においては、120℃から450℃まで3℃/分の昇温速度で加熱し、次いで450℃で4時間加熱した。仮焼ケークを粉砕して篩にかけて150〜425メッシュのフラクションを得、これを試験に付した。
Claims (10)
- 混合塩組成物を移動式発生源上に配置し、該移動式発生源の内燃機関において炭化水素燃料の燃焼により発生するガス又はガス混合物からCO2を除去するための方法であって、
混合塩組成物は、
(i)MgCO3又はMgO、
(ii)少なくとも一種のIA族元素の炭酸塩、及び
(iii)少なくとも一種のIA族元素の硝酸塩
を含み、前記(i)のマグネシウムと前記(ii)及び(iii)のIA族元素のモル比が6:1〜4:1で存在する混合塩組成物であり、
該混合塩組成物に、該ガス又はガス混合物を、100℃〜450℃の温度で、CO2の一部を除去するために十分な時間接触させること、及び吸着されたCO2を放出して、前記内燃機関から排出される熱ガス流との熱交換により前記混合塩組成物を再生させることを含む、方法。 - 混合塩組成物を移動式発生源上に配置し、該移動式発生源の内燃機関において炭化水素燃料の燃焼により発生するガス又はガス混合物からCO2を除去するための方法であって、
混合塩組成物は、
(i)マグネシウム化合物、
(ii)少なくとも一種のIA族元素の炭酸塩、及び
(iii)少なくとも一種のIA族元素の硝酸塩
を含み、前記(i)のマグネシウムと前記(ii)及び(iii)のIA族元素のモル比は6:1〜4:1であり、
該混合塩組成物に、該ガス又はガス混合物を、100℃〜450℃の温度で、CO2の一部を除去するために十分な時間接触させること、及び吸着されたCO2を放出して、前記内燃機関から排出される熱ガス流との熱交換により前記混合塩組成物を再生させることを含む、方法。 - (i)はMgOである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- (ii)及び(iii)のIA族元素はNa、Li、K又はRbである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記混合塩組成物はナトリウム塩を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- (ii)はNa2CO3であり、かつ(iii)はNaNO3である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (i)はMgOであり、(ii)はNa2CO3であり、かつ(iii)はNaNO3である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記温度は250℃〜350℃である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動式発生源は輸送用車両である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記輸送用車両は自動車、トラック、バス、列車又は船舶であり、前記炭化水素燃料はガソリン又はディーゼル燃料である、請求項9に記載の方法。
