Description
[1]天然ゴム、または天然ゴムとジエン系ゴムとを混合したものを主成分とするゴム成分(但し、共役ジエン系ゴム、シリカ及び有機カチオン性物質からなる共凝固物を除く。)に、(A)硫黄、(B)加硫促進剤及び(C)N−フェニル−N−(トリクロロメチルチオ)ベンゼンスルホンアミドを含むことを特徴とする防振ゴム組成物。
[2]上記(C)N−フェニル−N−(トリクロロメチルチオ)ベンゼンスルホンアミドの配合量が、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、0.2〜4質量部である[1]記載の防振ゴム組成物。
[3]上記(A)硫黄と(B)加硫促進剤との配合比(B)/(A)が、質量比で0.7〜12である[1]又は[2]記載の防振ゴム組成物。
[4]上記[1]、[2]又は[3]記載のゴム組成物を硬化させてなる防振ゴム。
通常15〜60質量部、好ましくは20〜50質量部である。配合量が60質量部を超えると、作業性が悪化するおそれがあり、15質量部未満になると、接着性の悪化を招くおそれがある。
下記表1に示す配合組成で混練し加硫して、実施例1〜8及び比較例1,2の各々の防振ゴム組成物を所定の条件で加硫硬化させ、長さ120mm×幅120mm×厚さ2mmのシート成型物を作製した。このシートを本発明の防振ゴムの評価体とした。得られたゴムシートについて、硬度(Hd)、引張伸び(Eb)、引張強さ(Tb)、引張応力(Md300)、耐熱性、圧縮永久歪み(CS)、動倍率(Kd/Ks)及びムーニースコーチタイム(加工性)を下記JIS規格に準拠して測定を行い評価した。その結果を表1に併記する。

JIS K 6251に準拠した。
[引張強さ(Tb)]
JIS K 6251に準拠した。
[引張応力(Md300)]
JIS K 6251に準拠して、伸びが300%のときの応力(Md300)を求めた。
[耐熱性(熱老化試験)]
JIS K 6257に準拠し、100℃,96時間の熱老化条件下で行い、それぞれ試験片を放置した後、上記引張伸び(Eb)、引張強さ(Tb)、及び引張応力(Md300)をそれぞれ測定した。
[圧縮永久歪み]
100℃,72時間の加熱温度条件の下、圧縮永久歪み試験をJIS K 6262に準拠して実施した。
[静バネ定数(Ks)及び動倍率(Kd/Ks)]
JIS K 6385に準拠し、Kdは100Hzで測定した。
[ムーニースコーチタイムの測定]
JIS K 6300−1:2001(ムーニー粘度計による粘度及びスコーチタイムの求め方)に準拠した。ムーニースコーチタイムは、ゴム組成物を130℃で測定し、余熱を始めてからの値が最低値Vmより5単位上昇するまでの時間(分)を測定した。ムーニースコーチタイムの数値が大きい程、加工安定性(スコーチ安定性)が良好になることを示す。

Claims (4)
- 天然ゴム、または天然ゴムとジエン系ゴムとを混合したものを主成分とするゴム成分(但し、共役ジエン系ゴム、シリカ及び有機カチオン性物質からなる共凝固物を除く。)に、(A)硫黄、(B)加硫促進剤及び(C)N−フェニル−N−(トリクロロメチルチオ)ベンゼンスルホンアミドを含むことを特徴とする防振ゴム組成物。
- 上記(C)N−フェニル−N−(トリクロロメチルチオ)ベンゼンスルホンアミドの配合量が、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、0.2〜4質量部である請求項1記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 上記(A)硫黄と(B)加硫促進剤との配合比(B)/(A)が、質量比で0.7〜12である請求項1又は2記載の防振ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1、2又は3記載のゴム組成物を硬化させてなる防振ゴム。
