Description
Claims (17)
- 医療デバイスであって、
長手方向軸線を含む可撓性の細長い部材と、
該細長い部材の遠位端における枢動軸線のところで前記細長い部材に連結されたツールと、を有し、
前記ツールは、電気を通し且つ流体を送出するように構成され、
前記ツールは、前記枢動軸線のところで前記細長い部材に対して前記長手方向軸線の両方の側に向かって枢動するように構成され、
前記医療デバイスは、更に、前記ツールに流体的に結合された可撓性の送出チューブを有し、前記送出チューブは、流体を前記ツールに送出するように構成され、
前記送出チューブは、前記ツールへの電気通路を構成する、医療デバイス。 - 更に、該細長い部材の前記遠位端に取り付けられる位置決め機構を有し、前記位置決め機構の作動により、前記ツールを枢動させる、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記位置決め機構は、該細長い部材の前記遠位端に取り付けられるクレビスと、前記クレビスによって保持され且つ前記クレビスに対して回転可能な枢動部材と、前記枢動部材に連結された少なくとも1つの制御部材と、を含み、
前記ツールは、前記枢動部材に作動可能に結合される、請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記ツールは、前記少なくとも1つの制御部材を遠位側に前進させるとき、第1の方向に偏向され、前記少なくとも1つの制御部材を近位側に後退させるとき、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に偏向される、請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御部材は、第1の制御部材と、第2の制御部材を含み、
前記ツールは、前記第1の制御部材を遠位側に前進させるとき、前記第1の方向に偏向され、前記第2の制御部材を遠位側に前進させるとき、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に偏向される、請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記可撓性の送出チューブは、外側ポリマーシースによって覆われた内側コイルで形成された可撓性の遠位部分を含む、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの制御部材は、1つだけの制御部材であり、
前記ツールは、遠位開口を有する中空チューブである、請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。 - 医療デバイスであって、
長手方向軸線を含む可撓性の細長い部材と、
電気を通し且つ流体を送出するように構成されたツールと、
前記ツールを前記細長い部材の遠位端に結合する枢動部材と、を有し、
前記ツールは、前記枢動部材の作動によって前記細長い部材の前記遠位端に対して前記長手方向軸線の両方の側に向かって枢動するように構成され、
前記枢動部材は、前記ツールに延びる内腔、及び少なくとも1つの近位側に向けられた突出部を含み、
前記医療デバイスは、更に、前記少なくとも1つの近位側に向けられた突出部に連結された少なくとも1つの制御部材を有する、医療デバイス。 - 更に、前記ツールに流体的に結合された可撓性の送出チューブを有し、前記送出チューブは、流体を前記ツールに送出するように構成される、請求項8に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性の送出チューブは、前記内腔の中を少なくとも部分的に延びる、請求項9に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性の送出チューブは、外側ポリマーシースによって覆われた内側コイルで形成された可撓性の遠位部分を含む、請求項10に記載の医療デバイス。
- 更に、該細長い部材の前記遠位端に取り付けられるクレビスを有し、
前記枢動部材は、前記クレビスによって保持され且つ前記クレビスに対して回転可能である、請求項8に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記ツールは、前記制御部材を遠位側に前進させるとき、第1の方向に偏向され、前記制御部材を近位側に後退させるとき、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に偏向される、請求項8に記載の医療デバイス。
- 医療デバイスであって、
可撓性の細長い部材と、
電気を通し且つ流体を送出するように構成されたツールと、
前記ツールと作動可能に結合された枢動部材と、
前記枢動部材の第1の側部のところで前記枢動部材と作動可能に結合された第1の制御部材と、
前記第1の側部と反対の前記枢動部材の第2の側部のところで前記枢動部材と作動可能に結合された第2の制御部材と、を有し、
前記ツールは、前記第1の制御部材及び前記第2の制御部材の作動によって前記細長い部材の両方の側に向かって該細長い部材の遠位端に対して枢動するように構成され、
前記医療デバイスは、更に、前記ツールに流体的に結合された可撓性の送出チューブを有し、前記送出チューブは、流体を前記ツールに送出するように構成され、
前記送出チューブは、前記ツールへの電気通路を構成する、医療デバイス。 - 前記可撓性の送出チューブは、前記枢動部材の前記第1の側部と前記第2の側部の間で前記ツールに流体的に結合される、請求項14に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ツールは、前記第1の制御部材を近位側に後退させるとき、第1の方向に偏向され、前記第2の制御部材を近位側に後退させるとき、前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に偏向される、請求項14に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記可撓性の送出チューブは、外側ポリマーシースによって覆われた内側コイルで形成された可撓性の遠位部分を含む、請求項14に記載の医療デバイス。
