Description
Claims (15)
- 動作時に430nm〜480nmの範囲内のピーク波長を含む第1のスペクトル分布を有する第1の光を放出する少なくとも1つの第1の光源と、
動作時に350nm〜410nmの範囲内のピーク波長を含む第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光を放出する少なくとも1つの第2の光源と、
少なくとも1つの第1の光入射面、少なくとも1つの第2の光入射面、及び第1の光出射面を備える光ガイドであって、前記少なくとも1つの第1の光入射面と第1の光出射面とが互いに対してゼロではない角度で延びる、前記光ガイドとを備える、発光デバイスであって、
前記光ガイドが、第1のスペクトル分布を有する第1の光を前記少なくとも1つの第1の光入射面で受光し、第1のスペクトル分布を有する第1の光の少なくとも一部を、500nm〜800nmの範囲内のピーク波長を含む第3のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光に変換し、第3のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光を第1の光出射面に案内し、且つ第3のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光の少なくとも一部を第1の光出射面から導出し、
前記光ガイドが、第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光を前記少なくとも1つの第2の光入射面で受光し、第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光を第1の光出射面に案内し、且つ第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光の少なくとも一部を第1の光出射面から導出するように更に構成され、
前記発光デバイスは、第1の光出射面に隣接して配置されたルミネセンス要素を更に備え、前記ルミネセンス要素が、第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光の少なくとも一部を、430nm〜500nmの範囲内のピーク波長を含む第4のスペクトル分布を有する第4の光に変換する、発光デバイス。 - 前記光ガイドは、少なくとも2つの第1の光入射面を備え、前記少なくとも2つの第1の光入射面がそれぞれ、第1の光出射面に対してゼロでない角度で延び、
前記光ガイドは、第1のスペクトル分布を有する第1の光を、前記少なくとも2つの第1の光入射面のそれぞれで受光し、第1のスペクトル分布を有する第1の光の少なくとも一部を、500nm〜800nmの範囲内のピーク波長を含む第3のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光に変換し、第3のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光を第1の光出射面に案内し、且つ第3のスペクトル分布を有する第3の光の少なくとも一部を第1の光出射面から導出する、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。 - 第2の光入射面に配置された結合要素を更に備え、前記結合要素が、第2のスペクトル分布を有する第2の光を前記光ガイドに導入させる、請求項1又は2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 第1の光入射面に配置された第1の光学要素を更に備え、第1の光学要素は、430nm〜480nmの波長範囲内の光を透過し、且つ480nmよりも大きい波長を有する光を反射する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 第2の光入射面に配置された第2の光学要素を更に備え、第2の光学要素は、350nm〜410nmの波長範囲内の光を透過し、且つ430nmよりも大きい波長を有する光を反射する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の光源が、前記少なくとも1つの第1の光入射面と光学接触して配置される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2の光源が、第2の光入射面と光学接触して配置される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記ルミネセンス要素は、430nm〜480nmの波長範囲内での最大吸光度が、350nm〜410nmの波長範囲内での最大吸光度の10倍、30倍、又は50倍である、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光ガイドは、350nm〜410nmの波長範囲内で0.02未満、0.15未満、0.1未満、又は0.01未満の吸光度を有する、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光ガイドは、前記少なくとも1つの第1の光源に対向する表面上に又は表面に反射器及び/又は反射構成要素が存在するとき、430nm〜480nmの波長範囲内で0.5を超える、0.7を超える、0.8を超える、又は0.9を超える吸光度を有し、前記少なくとも1つの第1の光源に対向する側に前記反射構成要素が存在しない場合、前記光ガイドは、430nm〜480nmの波長範囲内で1を超える、1.2を超える、又は1.5を超える吸光度を有する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光ガイドは、ルミネセンス材料、集光材料、ガーネット、及びそれらの任意の組合せの1つである、請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記光ガイドは、ルミネセンス材料、集光材料、1−0.2%の範囲の濃度を持つセリウムを含むガーネット、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせの1つである、請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第1の光源は、LED、レーザダイオード、又はOLEDである、請求項1乃至12の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2の光源は、LED、レーザダイオード、又はOLEDである、請求項1乃至13の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至14の何れか一項に記載の発光デバイスを備えるランプ、照明器具、又は照明システムであって、デジタル投影、自動車照明、ステージ照明、店舗照明、家庭照明、アクセント照明、スポット照明、劇場照明、光ファイバ照明、ディスプレイシステム、警告照明システム、医療照明用途、顕微鏡照明、分析機器用の照明、装飾照明用途の1つ又は複数で使用される、ランプ、照明器具、又は照明システム。
