Description
Claims (5)
- 歯科補綴物を作製するための方法であって、前記方法は、歯の修復部位の3次元(3D)の光学印象画像データと前記歯の修復部位の3Dのボリューム画像データを位置合わせすることと、前記歯の修復部位における軟組織に対応する画像データを、前記3Dの歯科印象画像データから除去すること、を含み、前記3Dの光学印象は前記3Dのボリューム画像データに位置合わせされ、前記3Dのボリューム画像データに位置合わせされた前記3Dの光学印象は、前記軟組織の歯肉の位置及び範囲を正確に撮像し、かつ前記歯の修復部位における硬組織から前記軟組織を識別し、前記3Dのボリューム画像データは、前記3Dの光学印象から前記軟組織の歯肉を除去するのに使用され、前記3Dのボリューム画像データは、コーンビームによるコンピュータ断層撮影法、トモシンセシス、超音波検査、磁気共鳴映像法、及び陽電子放出断層撮影法のうちどれかによって生成される1回以上の走査を含み、軟組織の歯肉及び硬組織の歯を含む3Dのボリューム画像は、これらの2つのタイプの組織の位置及び範囲を識別するのに使用され、歯の支台歯形成マージンに局所的な軟組織の歯肉に対応する画像データは、前記3Dのボリューム画像データ内での軟組織と硬組織との区別に基づいて、自動画像処理手順を自動的に使用して前記3Dの光学印象から除去される、方法。
- 前記3Dの光学印象画像データを生成することと、前記3Dのボリューム画像データを生成すること、を更に含み、前記歯の修復部位における軟組織に対応する前記画像データが除去されている前記3Dの光学印象画像データに基づく歯科補綴物のモデルを生成することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モデルに基づき前記歯科補綴物を作製することを更に含み、前記3Dの光学印象画像データを生成することは、光学カメラにより1回以上走査することを含み、前記3Dのボリューム画像データ、すなわち3DのX線画像データを生成することは、X線システムによって、コンピュータ断層撮影法により1回以上走査することを含み、前記位置合わせすること、前記除去すること、及び前記モデルを生成することのうちの少なくとも1つは、コンピュータ支援設計システムによって実施され、前記歯科補綴物を作製することは、コンピュータ支援製造のミリングシステムを使用して実施される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記軟組織に対応する画像データが、前記歯の修復部位内の歯付近の歯肉組織の画像データである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 歯科補綴物を作製するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、以下のステップ:歯の修復部位の3次元(3D)の光学印象画像データと前記歯の修復部位の3Dのボリューム画像データを位置合わせすることと、前記歯の修復部位における軟組織に対応する画像データを、前記3Dの歯科印象画像データから除去すること、を実施するように操作可能な、少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、前記3Dの光学印象は前記3Dのボリューム画像データに位置合わせされ、前記3Dのボリューム画像データに位置合わせされた前記3Dの光学印象は、前記軟組織の歯肉の位置及び範囲を正確に撮像し、かつ前記歯の修復部位における硬組織から前記軟組織を識別し、前記3Dのボリューム画像データは、前記3Dの光学印象から前記軟組織の歯肉を除去するのに使用され、前記3Dのボリューム画像データは、コーンビームによるコンピュータ断層撮影法、トモシンセシス、超音波検査、磁気共鳴映像法、及び陽電子放出断層撮影法のうちどれかによって生成される1回以上の走査を含み、軟組織の歯肉及び硬組織の歯を含む3Dのボリューム画像は、これらの2つのタイプの組織の位置及び範囲を識別するのに使用され、歯の支台歯形成マージンに局所的な軟組織の歯肉に対応する画像データは、前記3Dのボリューム画像データ内での軟組織と硬組織との区別に基づいて、自動画像処理手順を自動的に使用して前記3Dの光学印象から除去される、システム。
