Description
図1(a)(b)に例示された膜ユニット1は、濾過部材2とこの濾過部材2から導入した濾過済みの流体(以下、濾過流体)を上下端から排出させる濾過集合部材3とを備えた複数の膜モジュール4を並列に備える。この膜ユニット1の両端の濾過集合部材3の群は共に個々の濾過集合部材3と濾過部材2との接続部分を含めて被覆材5によって被覆成型されている。
膜ユニット1を具備した膜ユニット複合体の態様について説明する。
本実施形態の膜ユニット1の製造方法の一例について説明する。
以上の膜ユニット1及び膜ユニット複合体7によれば、濾過集合部材3が纏められた状態で被覆材5によって被覆成型されているので例えば図2に示したように膜ユニット1を積層させた場合でも濾過集合部材3の強度を維持できる。

Claims (3)
- 濾過部材とこの濾過部材から導入した濾過された流体を両端から排出させる濾過集合部材とを備えた複数の膜モジュールを並列に備えたユニットであって、
このユニットの両端の濾過集合部材の群は共に、個々の濾過集合部材と濾過部材との接続部分を含めて、自硬性無機質材料から成る被覆材の成型部によって被覆され、
前記成型部の表面または当該成型部と前記濾過部材との境界部分には、合成樹脂材料が塗布されたこと
を特徴とする膜ユニット。 - 前記濾過部材と前記集合部材とは、接着剤によって接続されたこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の膜ユニット。 - 請求項1または2に記載の膜ユニットを積層させた膜ユニット複合体。
