Abstract
【解決手段】製造装置10は、基材Mを加熱する加熱手段11と、基材Mに、導電性高分子の単量体を含む原料溶液を塗布する原料塗布手段12と、基材Mに、単量体の重合を促進させる酸化剤、導電性高分子に導電性を発現させるためのドーパント、及び、粘性を高めるための増粘剤を含む製造用溶液を塗布する製造用溶液塗布手段13とを備えている。基材Mを加熱した後、又は、基材Mを加熱しつつ、原料溶液を塗布し、次いで、製造用溶液を塗布する。

Claims (10)
- 導電性高分子を基材に付着した導電性高分子導電体の製造方法であって、
セリシンを塗布した繊維よりなる基材あるいは表面にセリシンを塗布した基材を加熱したのち、又は、加熱しつつ、前記基材に、前記導電性高分子の単量体を含む原料溶液を塗布する原料塗布工程と、
前記基材に、前記原料溶液を塗布した後に、前記単量体の重合を促進させる酸化剤、前記導電性高分子に導電性を発現させるためのドーパント、及び、粘性を高めるための増粘剤を含む製造用溶液を塗布する製造用溶液塗布工程と
を含むことを特徴とする導電性高分子導電体の製造方法。 - 前記導電性高分子は、ポリ3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造方法。
- 前記基材に前記原料溶液及び前記製造用溶液を塗布した後に、塗布した前記原料溶液及び前記製造用溶液のうち未反応の物質を洗浄して除去する洗浄工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造方法。
- 前記原料溶液を塗布する原料塗布手段、及び、前記製造用溶液を塗布する製造用溶液塗布手段を前記基材に対して移動させて、前記基材に前記原料溶液及び前記製造用溶液を塗布することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造方法。
- 前記原料塗布手段及び前記製造用溶液塗布手段の前記基材に対する位置に応じて、前記基材を加熱する位置を移動させ、前記基材を部分的に加熱することを特徴とする請求項4記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造方法。
- 前記基材に、前記原料溶液を塗布する前に、前記導電性高分子を定着させる定着材としてセリシンを塗布する定着材塗布工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1に記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造方法。
- 導電性高分子を基材に付着させた導電性高分子導電体の製造装置であって、
前記基材を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記基材に、前記導電性高分子の単量体を含む原料溶液を塗布する原料塗布手段と、
前記基材に、前記単量体の重合を促進させる酸化剤、前記導電性高分子に導電性を発現させるためのドーパント、及び、粘性を高めるための増粘剤を含む製造用溶液を塗布する製造用溶液塗布手段と、
前記基材に前記導電性高分子を定着させる定着材としてセリシンを塗布する定着材塗布手段と
を備えたことを特徴とする導電性高分子導電体の製造装置。 - 前記基材に塗布した前記原料溶液及び前記製造用溶液のうち未反応の物質を洗浄して除去する洗浄手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造装置。
- 前記原料塗布手段及び前記製造用溶液塗布手段の前記基材に対する位置を移動させる塗布位置移動手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造装置。
- 前記原料塗布手段及び前記製造用溶液塗布手段の前記基材に対する位置に応じて、前記加熱手段により前記基材を加熱する位置を移動させ、前記基材を部分的に加熱する加熱位置制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項9記載の導電性高分子導電体の製造装置。
