Abstract
Description
*接続抵抗値は被試験体相互間を測定した。
*接続抵抗は試験前とCCT試験終了後(100サイクル)に測定した。
*試験体と被試験体とを連結するボルトの締付けトルクは14.7N・mとした。
「SUS304」、「SUS430」は、「アルミニウムめっきを施したステンレス」及び「カラーステンレス」に比べると、試験後の抵抗値上昇が大きいことがわかる。特に、極端に抵抗値が上昇している試験体は、アルミニウム押出材が腐食したものと考えられる。
また、被試験体には、夫々突起4が接触した跡が残っていた。本発明の「アルミニウムめっきを施したステンレス」による突起4の腐食跡は、突起4が食い込んだ位置に限られ、突起4の環状の内側に限られていた。一方、残る金属板体の試験による突起4の腐食跡は、個体差はあるがいずれも環状の外側まで広がっていることが確認された。
以上の結果より、4種類の材質の中で「アルミニウムめっきを施したステンレス」が導通金具として最も適した材質であり、異種金属接触腐食を抑制する効果が最も高い材質であるといえる。

Claims (3)
- 金属板体の上面に複数の突起が突設され、該突起が隣接する太陽電池モジュールのアルミニウム製の各フレーム下面に食い込んで太陽電池モジュール相互を電気的に接続する太陽電池モジュール用導通プレートにおいて、
前記金属板体は、ステンレス板の表面にアルミニウムめっきを施し、前記太陽電池モジュールを支持する架台の支持面上に載置する導通片と、該導通片から架台の側面側に屈曲された状態の当接片とを備え、架台の支持面に載置した前記フレームと架台とを連結する連結ボルトの側面がわからスライドして架台の支持面上に導通片を載置するように構成し、
前記突起は、該金属板体を切り起こして形成した複数のステンレス材の先鋭突部が環状を成すように突出すると共に、該環状の外周に位置する各先鋭突部の表面にアルミニウムめっきの被覆材が配置されるように構成し、
該被覆材が電気的接続時の異種金属接触腐食を抑制するように構成したことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール用導通プレート。 - 前記導通片は、前記当接片に隣接し前記支持面の長手方向に沿って載置する基端部と、該基端部から前記支持面の前記連結ボルト方向に向けて延長された差込部と、該差込部が前記連結ボルトの側面方向にスライドするように差込部に設けられた切欠状のスライド凹部とを備えた請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用導通プレート。
- 前記架台の支持面上に前記導通片を載置したときに、前記架台の側面側に前記当接片が表出するように配置し、該当接片に前記金属板体の接地状態を表示する表示部を設けた請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール用導通プレート。
