Claims (24)

変形可能な端部と、変形可能な端部の付近に位置し、マイクロ流体基板からサンプルの溶離液を受け取る導入口と、サンプルの溶離液のスプレーを放射するための導電性の出口エミッタ管と、エミッタ管の周囲に配置されてエミッタ管に接続された管アセンブリとを有し、管アセンブリが、変形可能な端部を有する第1の管部分と、第1の管部分に端部同士にて当接する第2の管部分と、第2の管部分からすき間によって空間的に隔てられた第3の管部分とを備えているエミッタアセンブリと、
管アセンブリおよびエミッタ管の遠位端の周囲に配置された導電ブロックであって、導電ブロックは、管アセンブリおよびエミッタ管が通される穴を有しており、エミッタ管の先端が、導電ブロックの遠位端よりも突き出している導電ブロックと、
変形可能な端部をマイクロ流体基板に接触して押し付ける力をエミッタアセンブリへと印加する力印加ユニットと
を備えており、
変形可能な端部は、マイクロ流体基板と変形可能な端部との間の接触によってマイクロ流体基板の出口開口とエミッタアセンブリの導入口との間に実質的に流体を漏らさないシールが生み出されるように、マイクロ流体基板よりも弾性的である、装置。 - 力印加ユニットが、
管アセンブリに固定的に接続されたばね保持具と、
管アセンブリの周囲に巻かれ、ばね保持具に当接して、変形可能な端部をマイクロ流体基板に接触して押し付ける力をばね保持具へと印加するばねと
