Description
Claims (9)
- 半導体光源と、
前記半導体光源から射出される光の所定期間毎の光量を、パルス幅変調によって制御する光源制御部と、
前記半導体光源から射出された光を受光することで受光量を取得する光センサと、
前記光センサに前記パルス幅変調における最小パルス幅よりも短い露光期間で検出させて、前記光センサが取得した前記受光量を取得するセンサ制御部と、
前記受光量に基づいて、前記半導体光源の発光強度を調整する強度調整部と
を備える光源装置。 - 前記光源制御部は、前記所定期間毎の前記光量を、前記パルス幅変調と前記半導体光源の発光強度とに基づいて制御する、請求項1に記載の光源装置。
- 前記半導体光源は、発光する光の波長が異なる複数の光源を含み、
前記光センサは、前記波長毎に前記光を受光し、
前記センサ制御部は、前記波長毎の前記受光量を取得し、
前記強度調整部は、前記波長毎の前記受光量に基づいて、前記波長が異なる前記光源毎の前記発光強度を調整する、
請求項1に記載の光源装置。 - 前記光センサは、前記波長毎に設けられた複数のセンサを含む、請求項3に記載の光源装置。
- 複数の前記光源から射出された光は合波され、
前記光センサは、前記合波された前記光を分光して、前記波長毎の前記受光量を取得する、
請求項3に記載の光源装置。 - 前記強度調整部は、カラーバランスを調整するように、前記波長が異なる前記光源毎の前記発光強度を調整する、請求項3に記載の光源装置。
- 前記複数の光源は、赤色光を発する第1の光源と、緑色光を発する第2の光源と、青色光を発する第3の光源とを含む、請求項6に記載の光源装置。
- 前記所定期間は、1フィールド期間である、請求項1に記載の光源装置。
- 半導体光源から射出される光の所定期間毎の光量を、パルス幅変調によって制御するステップと、
光センサに前記パルス幅変調における最小パルス幅よりも短い露光期間で前記半導体光源から射出された光を検出させて、前記光センサから受光量を取得するステップと、
前記受光量に基づいて、前記半導体光源の発光強度を調整するステップと、
を含む光源装置の作動方法。
