Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つのピストンPおよび少なくとも1つの作動要素を備えているリニア圧縮機のための共振機構であって、
管状本体(1)と、
管状本体(1)の内部に締結された共振ばね(2)とを備えており、
共振ばね(2)は、該共振ばね(2)の一方の端部にピストンPが取り付けられ、該共振ばね(2)の他方の端部に作動要素が取り付けられるものであり、
管状本体(1)が、締め付け点が設けられた軸方向に可撓性の表面(13)を画定する少なくとも1つのスロットセット(12)を備えており、
共振ばね(2)が前記締め付け点に締結されていることを特徴とする、前記共振機構。 - 共振ばね(2)用の互いに向かい合う少なくとも2つの締め付け点を備え、機構は、2つのスロットセット(12)を備え、各々のセット(12)は、共振ばね(2)用の2つの締め付け点の各々が設けられた横断方向に弾性の表面(13)を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機構。
- 共振ばね(2)を管状本体(1)に締め付けるための少なくとも1つの締め付けセット(3)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の機構。
- 締め付けセット(3)が、共振ばね(2)の締め付け穴(21)内に設けられた内側の雌型締め付け要素(31)と、管状本体(1)の表面(13)の締め付け穴(11)を通り抜ける外側の雄型締め付け要素(35)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の機構。
- スロット(12)が、穴(11)の周りで互いから分離する隣接スロットを備えて、表面(13)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の機構。
- スロット(12)が、表面(13)と表面(13)に交差弾性を付与するように該表面を支持するばね部分(14)とを形成する鏡像型スロットを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の機構。
- 表面(13)が、ほぼ楕円の形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 管状本体(1)の各々の端部に設けられ、共振機構をリニア圧縮機に対して固定する少なくとも1つのリーフ板ばね(4)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の機構。
