Claims (13)
- 調量弁(12)とクーラントが通流する冷却装置とを具備し、この冷却装置が、クーラント入口(42)を具備する少なくとも1つの第1室(26)を包含する調量装置(10)であって、前記調量弁(12)が、第2室(52)を包含する補助冷却体(36)を備え、その第2室と前記第1室(26)との間で、少なくとも1つの開口部(50)を介して、前記クーラントが通流し、
前記補助冷却体(36)が電気接点(18)を包囲し、
前記第1室(26)がクーラントを受容すべくインサート部材(28)とカバー部材(30)により境界が限定されていて、
前記補助冷却体(36)と前記カバー部材(30)の平削り面(46)の間に素材密着形結合(38)が形作られていることを特徴とする調量装置(10)。 - 前記クーラントが越流方向(48)において前記第1室(26)から前記第2室(52)の中に越流することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記補助冷却体(36)が前記調量弁(12)の中央部域を包囲することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記補助冷却体(36)が前記カバー部材(30)と結合していることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記素材密着形結合がレーザ溶接継手として形作られていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記素材密着形結合が硬ろう付け継手又はろう付け継手として形作られていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記補助冷却体(36)が台をもって、前記カバー部材(30)の平削り面(46)として形作られた覆い面(34)の上で平らに支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記調量弁(12)が前記カバー部材(30)において心出しないしは支持部材(32)により支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記カバー部材(30)の覆い面(34)に少なくとも1つの前記クーラント入口(42)があることを特徴とする請求項1から8の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記補助冷却体(36)において前記クーラント入口(42)の付近に、クーラントを通すラインの組み込みを容易にする窪み(44)が形作られていることを特徴とする請求項1から9の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 前記第1室(26)と前記第2室(52)との間で前記クーラントを通流させる少なくとも1つの開口部(50)が、前記補助冷却体(36)の底部分(64)と前記カバー部材(30)の蓋部分(66)を通って延びることを特徴とする請求項1から10の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記クーラント入口(42)がほぼ軸方向に作り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から11の1項に記載の調量装置(10)。
- 請求項1から12の1項に記載の調量装置(10)を乗用車(Pkw)及びトラック(Lkw)において使用すること。
