Claims (4)
- 外周部材とこの外周部材に挿入状態で装着した内周部材との間にシールリングが介在され、前記内周部材の外周面に、この内周部材の挿入方向へ向けて小径となるテーパ状外周面及びその小径端部から前記挿入方向へ向けて延びる装着部外周面が形成され、前記外周部材の内周面に、前記テーパ状外周面より前記挿入方向側に位置すると共に反挿入方向側を向き挿入方向側が小径となるテーパ状をなす段差面及びこの段差面の外径端から反挿入方向へ延びる装着部内周面が形成され、前記シールリングは、未装着状態では中心軸線を通る平面で切断した断面形状が略矩形状をなすものであって、装着状態では、前記テーパ状外周面及び装着部外周面と、前記段差面及び装着部内周面の間に圧縮状態で配置され、前記段差面に密接する挿入方向側の端面外径部と、前記装着部外周面に密接する挿入方向側の内周面と、前記テーパ状外周面に乗り上がった状態で密接する反挿入方向側の内周面と、前記装着部内周面に密接する反挿入方向側の外周面と、を備えると共に、前記シールリングと前記外周部材との間に、前記外周部材における段差面と装着部内周面の間の移行部の内周に位置する空隙が形成されることを特徴とするシール構造。
- 内周部材の外周面に、テーパ状外周面よりも反挿入方向側に位置すると共に外径が前記テーパ状外周面の大径端部以上で反挿入方向へ向けて大径になる第二のテーパ状外周面が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール構造。
- 内周部材の外周面に、テーパ状外周面と第二のテーパ状外周面の間に位置する円筒面状の第二の外周面が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシール構造。
- 外周部材の内周面に、装着部内周面よりも反挿入方向側に位置すると共に内径が段差面の大径端部以上で反挿入方向側へ向けて大径となるテーパ面が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のシール構造。
