Description
(1)
チタン合金からなる熱間圧延用チタン鋳片であって、
圧延面となる表面に、一種または二種類以上のβ相安定化元素を含有する層を深さ1mm以上の範囲に有し、
深さ1mmまでの範囲におけるβ相安定化元素の濃度の平均値が、母材中のβ相安定化元素の濃度に比較して、質量%で、0.08mass%以上、1.50mass%以下高い、熱間圧延用チタン鋳片。
(2)
前記β相安定化元素が、Fe、Ni、Crの一種または二種以上である、(1)に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片。
(3)
前記β相安定化元素を含有する層に、前記β相安定化元素とともに、α相安定化元素もしくは中性元素を一種または二種以上含有する、(1)または(2)に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片。
(4)
チタン合金からなる熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の圧延面となる表面を、β相安定化元素を含有する素材とともに溶融させた後、凝固させ、深さ1mmまでの範囲におけるβ相安定化元素の濃度の平均値を、母材中のβ相安定化元素の濃度に比較して、質量%で、0.08mass%以上、1.50mass%以下高くする、熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の製造方法。
(5)
前記β相安定化元素を含有する素材が、粉末、チップ、ワイヤー、箔のいずれかの形態である、(4)に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の製造方法。
(6)
前記チタン合金からなるチタン鋳片の圧延面となる表面を、電子ビーム加熱またはプラズマ加熱によって溶融させる、(4)または(5)に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の製造方法。
Claims (6)
- チタン合金からなる熱間圧延用チタン鋳片であって、
圧延面となる表面に、一種または二種類以上のβ相安定化元素を含有する層を深さ1mm以上の範囲に有し、
深さ1mmまでの範囲におけるβ相安定化元素の濃度の平均値が、母材中のβ相安定化元素の濃度に比較して、質量%で、0.08mass%以上、1.50mass%以下高い、熱間圧延用チタン鋳片。 - 前記β相安定化元素が、Fe、Ni、Crの一種または二種以上である、請求項1に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片。
- 前記β相安定化元素を含有する層に、前記β相安定化元素とともに、α相安定化元素もしくは中性元素を一種または二種以上含有する、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片。
- チタン合金からなる熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の圧延面となる表面を、β相安定化元素を含有する素材とともに溶融させた後、凝固させ、深さ1mmまでの範囲におけるβ相安定化元素の濃度の平均値を、母材中のβ相安定化元素の濃度に比較して、質量%で、0.08mass%以上、1.50mass%以下高くする、熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の製造方法。
- 前記β相安定化元素を含有する素材が、粉末、チップ、ワイヤー、箔のいずれかの形態である、請求項4に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の製造方法。
- 前記チタン合金からなるチタン鋳片の圧延面となる表面を、電子ビーム加熱またはプラズマ加熱によって溶融させる、請求項4または5のいずれか一項に記載の熱間圧延用チタン鋳片の製造方法。
