Description
Claims (10)
- 分離装置容器内に含まれる界面エマルジョン、水及び固体を処理する装置であって:
前記界面エマルジョンのための、水のための及び固体のための別個の取り出しポイントであって、該取り出しポイントの各々が前記容器内に設けられた取り出しポイントと;
前記界面エマルジョンに関する第1の除去速度と前記水及び固体に関する第2の除去速度を設定する手段と;
入口を有する誘導ガス浮選セルであって、前記界面エマルジョン、水及び固体がそれぞれの取り出しポイントから処理のために前記入口を通して前記セル内に送られる、誘導ガス浮選セルと;を具備し、
オイルが前記セルの上方部分にあるオイル出口から排出され、処理された水は前記セルの底部にある水出口から排出される、分離装置容器内に含まれる界面エマルジョン、水及び固体を処理する装置。 - 前記セルは縦型誘導ガス浮選セルである請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の除去速度は前記第2の除去速度から独立している請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記界面エマルジョン、水及び固体をそれぞれ除去するための前記取り出しポイントの少なくともいずれかが2個所以上の分離した場所に配置されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器から取り出される前記水及び固体が単一流れに合体される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記セルから排出された処理された水の一部は、前記固体が前記容器内で沈着しないようにするために前記容器の底部内へ再循環される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記セルから流れ出す前記オイルの一部が前記容器へ戻るように導かれる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記セル内に気泡を発生させるために、ベンゼンを含まない燃料ガスが用いられる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記セルの上方部分に滞留するガスが回収される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置に基づいた分離装置容器内に含まれる界面エマルジョン、水及び固体を処理する方法。
