(化学式(1)中、Xはアルケニル基を含有する不飽和基であり、Yは−(CH2)n1−、−(C6H4)−、−(C6H4)CH2−、−NH−C6H4−、−NH−C6H4CH2−、及び−NH−(CH2)n2−から選ばれる何れかのスペーサー基であり、n1〜n2は1〜12の数、Rはメチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル又はブチル基であり、aは0〜2の数である)で表される共重合性表面向上剤からなり又は前記共重合性表面向上剤とシランカップリング剤とからなる結合成分を含む結合剤が表面に付され、若しくは付されつつ結合及び/又は吸着されて化学結合している金属材料及びセラミックス材料から選ばれる少なくとも何れかの無機材料又は有機高分子材料である被着材料と、その被着材料に前記共重合性表面向上剤を介在して化学結合して接着している過酸化物含有高分子材料との接着体である。

で表される共重合性表面向上剤を含む結合剤が表面に付され、若しくは付されつつ結合され及び/又は吸着されること、即ち少なくとも必須に付され、場合によってはさらに結合されたり吸着されたりすることによりそれの共重合性官能基が導入されている無機材料である無機基材や過酸化物非含有の有機高分子材料である有機基材のような被着材料と、その被着材料に共重合性表面向上剤を介在したその重合性官能基の化学結合によって過酸化物含有高分子材料とが、接着しているというものである。
式中、Xは不飽和基であり、Yは、アルキル基のような置換基を有していてもよい−(CH2)n1−、−(C6H4)−、−(C6H4)CH2−、−NH−C6H4−、−NH−C6H4CH2−、及び−NH−(CH2)n2−から選ばれる何れかの非反応性のスペーサー基であり、n1〜n2は1〜12の整数、Rはメチル、エチル、ノルマル−若しくはイソ−プロピル、又はノルマル−、イソ−若しくはターシャリー−ブチル基であり、aは0〜2の整数である。

D−40MB−S、カヤクミル D−40MB、カヤヘキサ AD、カヤヘキサ AD−40C、トリゴノックス 101−40MB、パーカドックス14、パーカドックス14/40、パ−カドックス14−40C、カヤブチル
C、カヤブチル D、カヤヘキサ YD−E85、カヤヘキサ YD−50C(それらは化薬アクゾ(株)製の商品名)などのジアルキルパーオキサイド類、パーヘキサHC、パーヘキサC、パーヘキサV(それらは日油(株)製の商品名)、トリゴノックス 17/40、トリゴノックス 22−40D(それらは化薬アクゾ(株)製の商品名)などのパーオキシケタール類、パーヘキシルPV、パーブチルPV、パーヘキシルO、パーブチルI、パーブチルE、パーヘキサ25Z、パーヘキルZ、パーブチルZT、パーブチルZ(それらは日油(株)製の商品名)などのアルキルパーエステル類、パーロイルIPP、パーロイルNPP、パーロイルTCP(それらは日油(株)製の商品名)などのパーカーボネート類の過酸化物が0.1〜15重量部、好ましくは0.3〜7重量部である。0.3重量部以下では架橋速度が遅く、又7重量部以上では架橋速度が速すぎて成形不能となる。
代表的な共重合性表面向上剤を5種類(APTS:3−アクリロオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、MAPTS:メタアクリロオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン、AAPTS:3−アクリルアミドプロピルトリメトキシシラン、AAPTS:3−アクリルアミドプロピルトリメトキシシラン、HAPTS:ヒドロカルボキシアクリルアミドプロピルトリメトキシシラン、VMDS:ビニルメチルジメトキシシラン)を選択し、2%エタノール溶液として調製した。この溶液をSUS304(ニラコ製753383、0.2×30×50mm)上にスプレー塗布乾燥後、80℃で10分間加熱して共重合性SUS304板とした。SBR未架橋配合物は生ゴム(Zetpol1500、日本ゼオン(株)製)を100質量部、FEFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#60)の50質量部、ZnOの5質量部、St.A(花王(株)製のステアリン酸)の1質量部、TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の3質量部及びDCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)3質量部を二本ロールで混合し、厚さ2mmのシートとした。SBR未架橋配合物と共重合性SUS304板を金型中で張合わせて、160℃で30分間加熱接着してSUSとSBRの接着体を得た。なお、比較例は金属をアルカリ洗浄・乾燥後のSUS304そのまま使用したこと以外は同様な接着条件で接着を行った。
Al、Mg、Cu、SUS、Ni、Sn及びFeの金属(0.5×30×50mm、ニラコ製)は、3−アクリロオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランのエタノール溶液(0.2%)で噴霧後、120℃×10分間加熱乾燥処理した。水素化ニトリルゴム(H−NBR)未架橋配合物は生ゴム(Zetpol1020、日本ゼオン(株)製)の100質量部、SRFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#35)の40質量部、ZnOの5質量部、St.A(花王(株)製のステアリン酸)の1質量部、パーヘキサ25B架橋剤(日油(株)製)3質量部を二本ロールで混合し、厚さ2mmのH−NBRシートとした。H−NBR未架橋配合物と共重合性SUS304板を金型中で張合わせて、160℃で30分間加熱接着して金属材料とH−NBRの接着体を得た。なお、比較例は金属材料をアルカリ洗浄・乾燥後そのまま使用したこと以外は同様の接着条件で接着を行った。
SUS304(0.5×30×50mm、ニラコ製)は、3−アクリロオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランのエタノール溶液(1.0%)を噴霧後、60℃×10分間加熱乾燥処理した。それぞれの過酸化物含有高分子材料は、
EPDM配合(生ゴム(EPT1043、三井石油化学(株)製)の100質量部、FEFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#60)の40質量部、ZnOの5質量部、St.A(花王(株)製のステアリン酸)の1質量部、パーヘキサ25B架橋剤(日油(株)製)の3質量部)、
FKM配合(フッ素生ゴム(FKM、G−901、ダイキン工業(株))の100質量部、FEFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#60)の40質量部、ZnOの5質量部、St.A(花王(株)製のステアリン酸)の1質量部、パーヘキサ25B架橋剤(日油(株)製)の3質量部、
Q配合:シリコーン生ゴム(SH−851U,東レ・ダウコーニング(株)製)の100質量部、シリカの30質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部)、
PE配合(軟質ポリエチレン(住友化学エクセレンGMH)100質量部、TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の2質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部.)、

EVA配合(エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体(エバテート、住友化学(株)製)の100質量部、TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の2質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部)、
PMMA配合(ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂(PMMA、スミベック、住友化学(株)製)、 TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の2質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部)、
エポキシアクリレート樹脂配合(エポキシアクリレート(ネオポール8101、日本ユピカ(株)製)100質量部、6%ナフテン酸コバルト0.5質量部、Mekpo(化薬アクゾ(株)製のメチルエチルケトンパーオキサイド)の1質量部)、
不飽和脂肪酸塗料配合(不飽和ポリエステル(ユピカ、日本ユピカ株製)の100質量部、スチレンの10質量部、ジビニルベンゼンの2質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の3質量部)を
夫々ロール又はミキサーを用いて混合し、シート又は粘調液体として得た。上記共重合性表面向上剤処理したSUS304板(0.5×30×50mm)を金型にいれ、その上に過酸化物含有高分子材料の未架橋配合剤をのせて、160℃で30分間加熱して接着体とした。比較例は金属材料をアルカリ洗浄・乾燥後そのまま使用したこと以外は同様な接着条件で接着を行った。
Al2O3、AlN(DOWAエレクトロニクス(株)製)及びSiO2板のセラミックス材料(0.3×30×50mm,ドーワパワーデバイス(株)製)は、3−アクリロオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランのエタノール溶液(1.0%)を噴霧後、60℃×10分間加熱乾燥して処理した。
シリコーンゴム(Q)配合(シリコーン生ゴム(SH−851U,東レ・ダウコーニング(株)製)の100質量部、シリカの30質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部)
及び軟質ポリエチレン(PE)配合(軟質ポリエチレン(住友化学エクセレンGMH)の100質量部、TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の2質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部)
を、夫々いずれも二本ロールを用い混練し、配合剤を得た。セラミックス材料と過酸化物含有高分子材料の接着は両者を金型に入れて加圧下で160℃×30分間加熱して接着した。なお、比較例は金属材料をアルカリ洗浄・乾燥後そのまま使用したこと以外は同様な接着条件で接着を行った。
SUS304をビニルメトキシシラン(0.2%)とAPTS(3−アクリロオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン)(2%)の混合溶液で、金(Au)を6−アルコキシシリルプロピルアミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4−ジチオールモノナトリウム(0.1%)とAPTS(0.2%)の混合溶液で、銅板(Cu)をアミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(0.5%)、6−アルコキシシリルプロピルアミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4−ジチオール(0.2%)及びAPTS(0.2%)の混合溶液で、Al板をアミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(1.5%)、6−アルコキシシリルプロピルアミノ−1,3,5−トリアジン−2,4−ジチオール(0.2%)及びAPTS(2%)の混合溶液で、夫々複合型接着向上剤処理を行った。
NBR配合:ニトリルブタジエン生ゴム(NBR、DN300、日本ゼオン(株)製)の100質量部、SRFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#35)の40質量部、ZnOの5質量部、St.A(花王(株)製のステアリン酸)の1質量部、トリアクリロオキシプロパンの2質量部、パーヘキサ25B架橋剤(日油(株)製)の3質量部)、

PE配合:軟質ポリエチレン(住友化学エクセレンGMH)100質量部、TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の2質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部、
FKM配合(フッ素ゴム(FKM、G−901、ダイキン工業(株))ゴムの100質量部、FEFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#60)の40質量部、TAIC(日本化成(株)製のトリアリルイソシアヌレート)の3質量部、DCP架橋剤(ジクミルパーオキサイド)の2質量部)
を、夫々いずれも二本ロールを用い混練し、配合剤を得た。金属材料と過酸化物含有高分子材料の接着は両者を金型に入れて加圧下、160℃で30分間加熱して接着した。比較例は金属材料をアルカリ洗浄・乾燥後そのまま使用したこと以外は同様な接着条件で接着を行った。
共重合性表面向上剤は、APTS(3−アクリロオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン)、MAPTS(メタアクリロオキシプロピルトリエトキシシラン)、VMDS(ビニルメチルジメトキシシラン)を選択し、表6に示す各濃度のエタノール溶液として調製した。この溶液にAl(ニラコ製、0.2×30×50mm)を室温で浸漬後、温風で乾燥し、続いて120℃で5分間加熱して共重合性Al板とした。
過酸化物含有高分子材料は、EPDM配合(生ゴム(EPT1043、三井石油化学(株)製)の100質量部、FEFブラック(旭カーボン(株)製のカーボンブラック;#60)の40質量部、ZnOの5質量部、St.A(花王(株)製のステアリン酸)の1質量部、パーヘキサ25B架橋剤(日油(株)製)の3質量部)を二本ロールで混合し、厚さ2mmのシートとした。EPDM未架橋配合物と共重合性Al板を金型中で張合わせて、160℃で30分間加熱接着してAlとEPDMの接着体を得た。そして、この複合物を95℃の温水中に7日間浸漬した後の被覆率を前記と同様な方法で評価した。なお、比較例は共重合性表面向上剤にTPT(テトライソプロピルチタネート;東京化成工業(株)製)を混合したこと以外は、前記実施例と同様な接着条件で接着を行った。

(化学式(2)中、R1は水素原子、炭素数1〜6のアルキル基、炭素数1〜6のアルキルを有するアルキルオキシカルボニル基、R2は水素原子又はメチル基、Arはシアノ、ハロゲノ、カルボキシル及び/又は炭素数1〜6のアルキルを有するアルキルオキシカルボニルを有するフェニレン基、Zは酸素原子と、炭素数1〜6のアルキレン及び/又はカルボニル基若しくはカルボキシル基との何れか、n3は0〜1の数、n4は0〜1の数)で表わされる基であることを特徴とする請求項1〜2の何れかに記載の接着体。 - 前記不飽和基が、CH2=CHCO−,CH2=CHCOO−,CH2=C(CH3)CO−,CH2=C(CH3)COO−,CH2=CHC6H4(CN)−,CH2=CHC6H4(NO2)−,CH2=CHC6H4(Cl)−,CH2=CHC6H4(COOH)−,CH2=CHC6H4(COOCH3)−,(CHCO)2O,CH3OCOCH=CHCO−,CH3OCOCH=CHCOO−,またはCH2=C(CO−)CH2CO−であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の接着体。
- 前記被着材料が、アルカリ脱脂液洗浄処理表面のOH基、大気圧コロナ放電処理表面のOH基、コロナ炎噴射法コロナ放電処理表面のOH基、及び/又は大気圧プラズマ処理表面のOH基が、下記化学式(3)
(化学式(3)中、−A1,−A2及び−A3は、夫々同一又は異なり、−CH3,−C2H5,−CH=CH2,−CH(CH3)2,−CH2CH(CH3)2,−C(CH3)3,−C6H5,−C6H12,−OCH3,−OC2H5,−OCH=CH2,−OCH(CH3)2,−OCH2CH(CH3)2,−OC(CH3)3,−OC6H5,又は−OC6H12であり、
−B1及び−B2は、夫々同一又は異なり、−OCH3,−OC2H5,−OCH=CH2,−OCH(CH3)2,−OCH2CH(CH3)2,−OC(CH3)3,−OC6H5,−OC6H12,−OCOCH3,−OCOCH(C2H5)C4H9,−OCOC6H5,−ON=C(CH3)2,−N(CH3)COCH3,−N(C2H5)COCH3,又は−OC(CH3)=CH2であり、
p及びqは0又は2〜200の数でrは0又は2〜100の数であってp+q+r>2であり、
p,q又はrを正数とする−{O−Si(−A1)(−B1)}p−と−{O−Ti(−A2)(−B2)}q−と−{O−Al(−A3)}r−との繰返単位中の−A1,−A2,−A3,−B1及び−B2の少なくとも何れかが前記OH基と反応し得る反応性基である。)
で示されるポリ(反応性基含有シロキサン、チタナート及び/又はアルミナート)化合物で増幅化されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の接着体。 - 前記不飽和基が、その共重合性官能基の共鳴安定化効果(Q値)及び極性効果(e値)をそれぞれ少なくとも1.6及び少なくとも1とするものであり、または、前記過酸化物含有高分子材料に生じる炭素ラジカルと前記共重合性官能基との反応性比の積を最大でも0.1とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の接着体。
- 下記化学式(1)
X−Y−Si−(CH3)a(OR)3−a ・・・(1)
(化学式(1)中、Xはアルケニル基を含有する不飽和基であり、Yは−(CH2)n1−、−(C6H4)−、−(C6H4)CH2−、−NH−C6H4−、−NH−C6H4CH2−、及び−NH−(CH2)n2−から選ばれる何れかのスペーサー基であり、n1〜n2は1〜12の数、Rはメチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル又はブチル基であり、aは0〜2の数である)
で表される共重合性表面向上剤からなり又は前記共重合性表面向上剤とシランカップリング剤とからなる結合成分を含む結合剤を、金属材料及びセラミックス材料から選ばれる少なくとも何れかの無機材料又は有機高分子材料である被着材料の表面に付し、若しくは付しつつ結合させ及び/又は吸着させて化学結合させてから、過酸化物を含む高分子材料と前記被着材料とを、接触させることによって、前記共重合性表面向上剤の介在により化学結合させて接着させ接着体にすることを特徴とする接着体製造方法。 - 前記不飽和基が、前記アルケニル基に、カルボニル基と、カルボオキシル基と、シアノ、ハロゲノ、カルボキシル及び/又は炭素数1〜6のアルキルを有するアルキルオキシカルボニルを有するフェニレン基とから選ばれる何れかを、結合していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の接着体製造方法。
- 前記不飽和基が、下記化学式(2)
R1−CH=C(R2)−(Ar)n3−CO−(Z)n4− ・・・(2)
(化学式(2)中、R1は水素原子、炭素数1〜6のアルキル基、炭素数1〜6のアルキルを有するアルキルオキシカルボニル基、R2は水素原子又はメチル基、Arはシアノ、ハロゲノ、カルボキシル及び/又は炭素数1〜6のアルキルを有するアルキルオキシカルボニルを有するフェニレン基、Zは酸素原子と、炭素数1〜6のアルキレン及び/又はカルボニル基若しくはカルボキシル基との何れか、n3は0〜1の数、n4は0〜1の数)で表わされる基であることを特徴とする請求項7〜8の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。 - 前記不飽和基が、CH2=CHCO−,CH2=CHCOO−,CH2=C(CH3)CO−,CH2=C(CH3)COO−,CH2=CHC6H4(CN)−,CH2=CHC6H4(NO2)−,CH2=CHC6H4(Cl)−,CH2=CHC6H4(COOH)−,CH2=CHC6H4(COOCH3)−,(CHCO)2O,CH3OCOCH=CHCO−,CH3OCOCH=CHCOO−,またはCH2=C(CO−)CH2CO−であることを特徴とする請求項7〜9の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。
- 前記被着材料に、予めアルカリ脱脂液洗浄処理、大気圧コロナ放電処理、コロナ炎噴射法コロナ放電処理、及び/又は大気圧プラズマ処理を施しておくことを特徴とする請求項7〜10の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。
- 前記被着材料に、予め、アルカリ脱脂液洗浄処理、大気圧コロナ放電処理、コロナ炎噴射法コロナ放電処理、及び/又は大気圧プラズマ処理を施し、表面にOH基を発現させた後、下記化学式(3)
(化学式(3)中、−A1,−A2及び−A3は、夫々同一又は異なり、−CH3,−C2H5,−CH=CH2,−CH(CH3)2,−CH2CH(CH3)2,−C(CH3)3,−C6H5,−C6H12,−OCH3,−OC2H5,−OCH=CH2,−OCH(CH3)2,−OCH2CH(CH3)2,−OC(CH3)3,−OC6H5,又は−OC6H12であり、
−B1及び−B2は、夫々同一又は異なり、−OCH3,−OC2H5,−OCH=CH2,−OCH(CH3)2,−OCH2CH(CH3)2,−OC(CH3)3,−OC6H5,−OC6H12,−OCOCH3,−OCOCH(C2H5)C4H9,−OCOC6H5,−ON=C(CH3)2,−N(CH3)COCH3,−N(C2H5)COCH3,又は−OC(CH3)=CH2であり、
p及びqは0又は2〜200の数でrは0又は2〜100の数であってp+q+r>2であり、
p,q又はrを正数とする−{O−Si(−A1)(−B1)}p−と−{O−Ti(−A2)(−B2)}q−と−{O−Al(−A3)}r−との繰返単位中の−A1,−A2,−A3,−B1及び−B2の少なくとも何れかが前記OH基と反応し得る反応性基である。)
で示されるポリ(反応性基含有シロキサン、チタナート及び/又はアルミナート)化合物で前記OH基の濃度を増幅化しておくことを特徴とする請求項7〜11の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。 - 前記被着材料を、前記結合剤の溶液へ浸漬した後に乾燥し、前記結合剤の溶液で噴霧した後に乾燥し、または前記結合剤で蒸着することにより、前記被着材料の表面に付し、若しくは付しつつ結合させ及び/又は吸着させていることを特徴とする請求項7〜12の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。
- 前記被着材料の表面に付し、若しくは付しつつ結合させ及び/又は吸着させている前記結合剤ごと加熱することを特徴とする請求項7〜13の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。
- 前記被着材料の表面に付し、若しくは付しつつ結合させ及び/又は吸着させている前記結合剤ごと加熱した後、前記過酸化物含有高分子材料と前記被着材料とを減圧又は加圧条件下で前記接触させてから加熱することを特徴とする請求項7〜14の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。
- 前記被着材料の表面に付し、若しくは付しつつ結合させ及び/又は吸着させている前記結合剤ごと加熱した後、前記過酸化物含有高分子材料と前記被着材料とを減圧又は加圧条件下で前記接触させてから最低でも絶対温度表示でガラス転移温度の0.9倍の温度で加熱することを特徴とする請求項7〜15の何れかに記載の接着体製造方法。
