Claims (4)
- 三方以上に分岐した配管における枝管に流体計測用センサーを取り付けて、残りの枝管に形成された流路を流れる流体の性質を計測するための流体計測用センサーの取付構造であって、
該流体計測用センサーを収容するスリーブを有し、
該スリーブは略円筒状の周壁と該周壁の一端側に設けられ該センサーの機能を妨げない保護壁からなるコップ状の部材であって、周壁の保護壁付近にはシールリップが設けられ、
該スリーブは該保護壁が枝管の基端付近に配置されるように該枝管に挿入されており、
該スリーブの周壁に該スリーブの保護壁方向に向かって拡開する逆テーパ状傾斜部が周設され、該枝管内に該逆テーパ状傾斜部と係合する逆テーパ受け部を有し、該逆テーパ状傾斜部を該逆テーパ受け部に押圧することにより逆テーパ状シール部が形成され、そして
該逆テーパ状傾斜部の遠心方向側に円筒状凸部を有し、該枝管内に該円筒状凸部と係合する円筒受け部を有し、該円筒状凸部を該円筒受け部に挿入することにより円筒状シール部が形成される、流体計測用センサーの取付構造。 - さらに、前記スリーブが挿入された枝管の外端に嵌着または螺着されるキャップ部材を有し、
該キャップ部材と該スリーブ内に配置されたセンサーとの間にスペーサが介設される、請求項1に記載の流体計測用センサーの取付構造。 - 前記キャップ部材が、ユニオンナットと、前記スリーブ内に挿入され前記スペーサを押圧する押圧具からなる、請求項2に記載の流体計測用センサーの取付構造。
- 前記スリーブの周壁に該スリーブの保護壁方向に向かって縮径するテーパ状傾斜部が周設され、前記枝管内に該テーパ状傾斜部と係合するテーパ受け部を有し、該テーパ状傾斜部を該テーパ状受け部に押圧することによりテーパ状シール部が形成される、請求項1から3のいずれかの項に記載の流体計測用センサーの取付構造。
