Description
以下、第1実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態は、流体の流路を開閉する電磁弁として具体化している。
以下、第2実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態は、X線発生装置として具体化している。図4は、X線発生装置30を示す断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 所定軸線の周りに複数回巻かれた導体により形成された導体巻体と、
平坦な表面を有し、前記導体巻体における所定軸線方向の端部に位置する前記導体どうしの間のへこみを埋めているセラミック層と、
を備えることを特徴とする電磁コイル。 - 前記セラミック層の厚さの最大値は、前記所定軸線方向の前記端部において複数の前記導体により形成された段差の最大値の3倍以下に設定されている請求項1に記載の電磁コイル。
- 前記セラミック層の厚さの最大値は、前記所定軸線方向の前記端部において複数の前記導体により形成された段差の最大値の略2倍に設定されている請求項1又は2に記載の電磁コイル。
- 所定軸線の周りに導体を複数回巻いて導体巻体を形成する工程と、
前記導体巻体における前記所定軸線方向の端面にセラミックを溶射してセラミック層を形成する工程と、
前記セラミック層の表面を研削して平坦化する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする電磁コイルの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁コイルと、
前記セラミック層に対向して配置された冷却部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記セラミック層と前記冷却部材との間に接着剤層が形成されており、
前記セラミック層の熱伝導率は、前記接着剤層の熱伝導率よりも高い請求項5に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。
