Description
Claims (15)
- 患者に対する画像ガイドインターベンション処置を実行するように構成されるインターベンション器具を含むインターベンション装置であって、前記インターベンション装置は、関心領域の外側から、前記画像ガイドインターベンション処置が実行される前記患者の領域内の前記インターベンション器具の位置を検出し、前記検出された位置を示す運動信号を生成する、位置検出器を含む、インターベンション装置と、
前記運動信号に基づいて、一つ以上のデータ収集サイクルにわたって前記関心領域とその中の前記インターベンション器具をスキャンするようにイメージングスキャナにスキャン照射を開始させるコントローラを含むイメージングスキャナと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記インターベンション装置が、
前記患者に挿入されるときに前記患者の血管への侵入点を提供するように構成されるシースと、
前記シースを通って前記血管の中へ入れられ、前記血管を通って前記関心領域内の前記インターベンション器具の位置へと送られるように構成される、前記インターベンション器具が取り付けられるカテーテルと、
前記シースに対して前記侵入点を出入りする前記カテーテルの運動を感知し、前記感知したカテーテルの運動を示す運動信号を生成する、前記シースに取り付けられ前記患者の外側に位置する、位置検出器と
を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記運動信号が、前記カテーテルが前記関心領域において移動した距離を示し、前記コントローラが、所定距離閾値を満たす距離に応じて前記関心領域及びその中の前記インターベンション器具をスキャンするように前記イメージングスキャナを駆動する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラがユーザインタラクションなしに前記イメージングスキャナを自動的に駆動する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置検出器が前記カテーテルの運動を感知する機械ベースの運動センサを含む、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置検出器が、
回転するように構成される少なくとも一つの素子であって、前記少なくとも一つの素子が前記カテーテルと物理的に接触し、前記シースの前記侵入点を出入りする前記カテーテルの運動と連携して回転するように、前記位置検出器が前記カテーテルに対して位置する、少なくとも一つの素子と、
前記少なくとも一つの素子の回転を感知し、前記感知した回転を示す前記運動信号を生成するトランスデューサと
を有する、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも一つの素子の回転距離が前記カテーテルの並進運動距離に対応する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルが、互いから所定距離において前記カテーテルの長軸に沿って間隔をあけた複数の突起を有し、
前記位置検出器がトランスデューサを有し、前記トランスデューサは前記トランスデューサを通過する突起の存在を検出し、前記検出した突起を示す前記運動信号を生成する、
請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。 - 前記位置検出器が前記カテーテルの運動を感知する光学ベースの運動センサを含む、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルが光に反応するパターンをその上に含み、前記運動センサが、
前記カテーテル上の前記パターンを照射する第1の光を送信する送信器と、
前記パターンに反射される第2の光を受信し、前記検出される第2の光を示す前記運動信号を生成する受信器と
を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記パターンが前記カテーテルの運動距離を示す、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置検出器が前記カテーテルの運動を感知する高周波ベースの運動センサを含む、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記カテーテルが、
所定波長を持つ信号の受信に応答するように構成され、前記所定波長を持つ信号を受信すると放出信号を放出するエミッタを有し、
前記位置検出器が、
所定周期に基づいて前記所定波長を持つ信号を送信し、前記放出信号を受信し、前記受信した放出信号の信号強度を示す前記運動信号を生成する、送受信器を有する、
請求項12に記載のシステム。 - 前記放出信号の信号強度が前記エミッタと前記送受信器の間の距離を示し、前記カテーテルの運動距離を示す、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- コンピュータシステムの一つ以上のプロセッサによって実行されるときに、所定閾値を満たす関心領域内のインターベンション器具の運動を示す、インターベンション装置によって生成される信号に応じて、患者の関心領域とその中のインターベンション装置のインターベンション器具のスキャンのためにイメージングスキャナに自動的にスキャン照射を開始させる、コンピュータ可読命令でエンコードされる、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
