Description
Claims (11)
- 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、
前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、
前記超音波観察部の近傍に設けられた吸引口と、
前記吸引口に連通する流体管路と、
前記流体管路を介して前記吸引口に伝達する吸引用負圧を任意のデューティー比で制御することにより周期的に変化させる第1負圧調整部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡。 - 前記超音波観察部及び前記吸引口を囲繞するよう前記先端部に装着され、被検体との当接によって当該被検体との間に負圧室を形成可能な筒状のキャップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記キャップは、硬質な硬性筒状部と、前記負圧室内の負圧状態に応じて前記先端部の挿入軸方向に伸縮可能な軟性筒状部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性筒状部は、前記硬性筒状部の先端に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性筒状部は、前記硬性筒状部の中途に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性筒状部は、前記硬性筒状部の基端に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性筒状部は、径方向の外内に重畳配置された前記硬性筒状部間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 前記軟性筒状部は、前記先端部の径方向に多重に折り畳み可能な状態にて前記筒状部の基端側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波内視鏡。
- 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、前記超音波観察部の近傍に設けられた吸引口と、前記吸引口に連通する流体管路と、を含む超音波内視鏡に適合する超音波内視鏡用吸引装置であって、
前記吸引口に伝達される吸引用負圧を発生させる負圧発生部と、
前記負圧発生部から前記流体管路を介して前記吸引口に伝達する吸引用負圧を任意のデューティー比で制御することにより周期的に変化させる第2負圧調整部と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡用吸引装置。 - 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、前記超音波観察部の近傍に設けられた吸引口と、前記吸引口に連通する流体管路と、前記流体管路を介して前記吸引口に伝達する吸引用負圧を任意のデューティー比で制御することにより周期的に変化させる第1負圧調整部と、を含む超音波内視鏡と、
前記第1負圧調整部を通じた負圧調整によって前記吸引口に伝達する吸引用負圧を制御することにより、前記超音波観察部が前記被検体を押圧する押圧状態を制御する押圧制御部と、
前記押圧制御部によって制御される2以上の押圧状態において前記超音波観察部を駆動制御し、前記被検体の超音波信号を取得する探触子制御部と、
前記超音波信号に基づいて前記被検体の変位量を計測し、当該変位量に基づいて被検体の座標毎の弾性率の分布を示す弾性画像を生成する弾性画像生成部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡システム。 - 被検体内に挿入される長尺で可撓性を有する挿入部と、前記挿入部の先端に配置された先端部と、前記先端部に配設された超音波観察部と、前記超音波観察部の近傍に設けられた吸引口と、前記吸引口に連通する流体管路と、を含む超音波内視鏡と、
前記吸引口に伝達される吸引用負圧を発生させる負圧発生部と、前記負圧発生部から前記流体管路を介して前記吸引口に伝達する吸引用負圧を任意のデューティー比で制御することにより周期的に変化させる第2負圧調整部と、を含む超音波内視鏡用吸引装置と、
前記第2負圧調整部を通じた負圧調整によって前記吸引口に伝達する吸引用負圧を制御することにより、前記超音波観察部が前記被検体を押圧する押圧状態を制御する押圧制御部と、
前記押圧制御部によって制御される2以上の押圧状態において前記超音波観察部を駆動制御し、前記被検体の超音波信号を取得する探触子制御部と、
前記超音波信号に基づいて前記被検体の変位量を計測し、当該変位量に基づいて被検体の座標毎の弾性率の分布を示す弾性画像を生成する弾性画像生成部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする超音波内視鏡システム。
