Claims (5)
- 塑性変形された金属板により構成され内部を中空とした蒸気タービン静翼であって、
前記蒸気タービン静翼の翼面に翼高さ方向に延びるように形成されたスリットが複数列設けられ、
前記複数列のスリットは、前記静翼の翼腹側面に設けられ、
前記複数列のスリットは、タービン軸方向の上流側に設けられた第1スリットと、前記第1スリットよりも下流側に設置され、前記第1スリットのスリット幅よりも広いスリット幅の第2スリットとから構成され、
前記第1スリットは、静翼前縁から翼面の任意の位置までの翼面に沿った距離lと静翼前縁から静翼後縁までの翼面に沿った距離Lとの比l/Lが0.6〜0.8の範囲内の位置に設けられ、
前記第2スリットは、前記比l/Lが第1スリットよりも大きい位置に設けられていることを特徴とする蒸気タービン静翼。 - 請求項1に記載の蒸気タービン静翼において、
前記第1スリットの幅は0.5mm〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする蒸気タービン静翼。 - 請求項2に記載の蒸気タービン静翼において、
前記第1スリットの幅は0.5mmであり、前記第2スリットの幅は1mmであることを特徴とする蒸気タービン静翼。 - 請求項1に記載の蒸気タービン静翼において、
前記複数列のスリットは、それぞれ、翼高さ方向に破線状に設けられていることを特徴とする蒸気タービン静翼 - 蒸気タービン静翼と、前記蒸気タービン静翼の作動流体流れ方向下流側に設けられた蒸気タービン動翼とからなるタービン段落を備える蒸気タービンであって、
前記蒸気タービン静翼として、請求項1〜4の何れかの蒸気タービン静翼を用いたことを特徴とする蒸気タービン。
