Claims (10)
- ポートを備えた弁座部材と、上記ポートを開閉する弁体と、当該弁体の反弁座部材側に当接する筒状のスプールと、外周に上記スプールが軸方向移動可能に装着されるスプール保持部材と、上記スプールと上記スプール保持部材とで区画されて内部圧力で上記弁体を上記弁座部材側へ押圧するよう上記スプールを附勢する背圧室とを備えた減衰弁において、上記スプール保持部材の外周に上記スプールの内周に摺接するリングとを備え、当該リングの内周側に上記背圧室内の圧力を作用させたことを特徴とする減衰弁。
- 上記リングは、バイアスカットを有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記背圧室に、上記ポートの上流側の圧力を減圧して導くパイロット通路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記背圧室内の圧力を制御するパイロット弁を備えたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記弁座部材は、上記ポートを囲む第一弁座を備え、
上記第一弁座に離着座するとともに反弁座部材側に第二弁座を備えたサブ弁体を設け、
上記弁体は、上記第二弁座に離着座し、上記サブ弁体とともに当該サブ弁体との間であって上記第二弁座の内周側に弁体間室を形成し、
上記ポートと上記弁体間室とを連通するとともに通過流体の流れに抵抗を与える制限通路を設け、
上記スプールは、弁体とともにサブ弁体を弁座部材側へ押圧することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。 - 上記サブ弁体は、上記弁座部材に対し浮動状態で積層されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記サブ弁体を、上記弁座部材側へ附勢するサブ弁体附勢手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記第一弁座および上記第二弁座は、環状であって、当該第一弁座の内径より上記第二弁座の内径を大径に設定したことを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記制限通路は、上記サブ弁体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
- 上記弁体は、環状であって内周が上記弁座部材に固定されて、外周の撓みが許容されるリーフバルブであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の減衰弁。
