Description
本発明において基油は一般に潤滑油の基油として用いられているものを採用することができ、特に制限されるものでない。例えば、鉱油系基油、合成系基油、またはこれらの混合系基油等を使用することができる。また植物系基油を使用することもできる。
本発明において(B)成分は、酸性リン酸エステルまたは酸性亜リン酸エステルのアミン塩であり、摩耗防止剤として機能する。本発明は、該塩を形成するアミンが分岐構造または環状構造を有する炭化水素基を有することを特徴とする。
本発明の潤滑油組成物は、さらに、必要に応じて各種添加剤、すなわち、粘度指数向上剤、金属系清浄剤、無灰系分散剤、酸化防止剤、極圧剤、金属不活性化剤、流動点降下剤、消泡剤、及び腐蝕防止剤等からなる群より選択される少なくとも一種の添加剤を含有することができる。特に、粘度指数向上剤、金属系清浄剤、無灰系分散剤、酸化防止剤および金属不活性化剤等を配合するのがよい。かかる組成により動力伝達媒体としての機能のほか、潤滑油および作動油として要求される機能等、多機能化に対応することができる。
各組成物の伝達トルク容量は、JASO M348−2002の自動変速機油摩擦特性試験方法に準拠して測定した。詳細には、SAE No.2試験機を用い、下記の試験条件で、一連の試験を1サイクルとして5000サイクル繰り返す間に、200〜5000サイクルの間における各サイクル数での摩擦係数(μt)を計測し、試験終了後に得られた摩擦係数(μt)のうち、値の小さいもの3点の平均値を算出した。摩擦係数(μt)が高いものほどトルク容量が大きいと判断される。

JASO M349−2010の自動変速機油シャダー防止性能試験方法に準拠して、dμ/dVで定義される、μ(摩擦係数)−V(すべり速度)勾配を測定した。dμ/dVの値は大きいほどシャダー防止性に優れると判断される。詳細な試験条件等は以下に記載の通りである。尚、一部の文献等に「dμ/dVはゼロより大きくなければならない」と記載されているが、実際には自動変速機の慣性力による振動吸収によってdμ/dVがマイナスでも問題とならない領域があることが理論的に証明されている。そのため、本発明ではdμ/dVの値が大きいほど好ましいという基準で評価した。

[dμ/dVの計算方法]
滑り速度0.1m/s以上に相当する値を用いて、最小二乗法にて5次近似した式を微分することで、滑り速度0.3m/sでのdμ/dVを算出した。
・高度精製基油A:100℃での動粘度2.7mm2/s、粘度指数107
・高度精製基油B:100℃での動粘度4.6mm2/s、粘度指数116

・Lubdyne−8500L(ブチルアシッドホスフェートのアミン塩:塩を形成するアミンがフェニル基を有する、SC有機化学株式会社製)
・Phospair−16(2−エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェートのアミン塩:塩を形成するアミンが炭素原子数18である直鎖状(分岐構造及び環状構造を有さない)アルキル基を有する、SC有機化学株式会社製)
・TCP(トリクレジルホスフェート、大八化学社製)
・PhoslexA−8(2−エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェート、SC有機化学株式会社製)
・ChelexH−8(2−エチルヘキシルアシッドホスファイト、SC有機化学株式会社製)
下記式で示されるイミド化合物A
比較例5では上記式において、R1及びR2が、炭素原子数が平均値として140であるポリイソブチレンであり、R3が炭素原子数2の二価炭化水素基であり、R4が水素原子であり、nは2であるイミド化合物Bを使用した。また、比較例6ではオレイルアミンを使用した。
・粘度指数向上剤:ポリメタアクリレート(Mw=約3万、三洋化成工業社製)
・消泡剤:ジメチルシリコーン希釈物
・その他添加剤(金属系清浄剤、無灰系分散剤、酸化防止剤、金属不活性化剤からなる添加剤パッケージ)
実施例1の潤滑油組成物と市販の自動変速機用潤滑油(市販油A〜市販油D)の伝達トルク容量とシャダー防止性を比較した結果を表2に示す。市販油A〜市販油Dの伝達トルク容量とシャダー防止性の測定方法は上記と同じである。
Claims (8)
- (B)成分の酸性リン酸エステルまたは酸性亜リン酸エステルが、炭素原子数1〜20のアルキル基を有する、請求項1記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
- (B)成分の酸性リン酸エステルまたは酸性亜リン酸エステルが、炭素原子数6〜10のアルキル基を有する、請求項2記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
- (B)成分の塩を形成するアミンが、分岐構造または環状構造を有し炭素原子数4〜24である炭化水素基を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
- (B)成分の塩を形成するアミンが、分岐構造または環状構造を有し炭素原子数6〜20である炭化水素基を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
- (B)成分の塩を形成するアミンが、分岐構造または環状構造を有し炭素原子数10〜14である炭化水素基を有する、請求項3記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
- (B)成分の配合量が、潤滑油組成物の全重量に対する(B)成分中のリンの重量が50〜1000ppmとなる量である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
- (C)成分の配合量が、潤滑油組成物の全重量に対し0.5〜10重量%となる量である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の自動変速機用潤滑油組成物。
