Description
動し、カップリングスリーブS1又はS2を各ギア段G1〜G4に同期結合する。
従動節が動作して、主変速機用セレクト機構がシフトフォークを選択することができる。よって、従来では電子制御されたアクチュエータなどで行われていた副変速機の切り換えを、シフトレバーの直接入力で行うことができるため、制御の単純化とコストの低減を実現することができる。この溝カム機構は平面カムでも立体カム(円筒カム)でもよい。
、その回動支持部55cの動作によって、回動する。よって、図4の(a)で示すように、リンクアーム55aの一端がz方向に変位すると共に、x方向にも変位する。一方、シフトノブ51をx方向に回動させると、図4の(b)で示すように、シフト動作出力部材56がその回動に合わせて、回動し、x方向に変位する。

Claims (3)
- 主変速機と副変速機とを備え、少なくとも1つのH型のシフトパターンに沿って動くシフトレバーの動作によって、前記主変速機と前記副変速機の両方のギア段をシフトさせる多段変速機の変速機構において、
1本のシフトレバーによる動作を方向別にシフト動作とセレクト動作に分離する分離機構と、前記セレクト動作によって動作し、複数の主変速機用シフトフォークの中から目的の前記主変速機用シフトフォークを選択すると共に、副変速機用シフトフォークをシフトさせるセレクト動作機構と、前記シフト動作によって動作し、前記セレクト動作で選択された主変速機用シフトフォークをシフトさせるシフト動作機構とを備え、
さらに、前記セレクト動作機構を溝カム機構で構成し、前記溝カム機構に前記副変速機用シフトフォークをシフトさせる副変速機用シフト機構を動作させる第1カム溝と、前記主変速機用シフトフォークを選択するセレクト機構を動作させる第2カム溝とを備えることを特徴とする多段変速機の変速機構。 - 前記溝カム機構を、前記第2カム溝が前記副変速機用シフトフォークを高速側のギア段にシフトすると、前記第1カム溝が低速側のギア段用の前記主変速機用シフトフォークを選択し、前記第2カム溝が前記副変速機用シフトフォークを低速側のギア段にシフトすると、前記第1カム溝が高速側のギア段用の前記主変速機用シフトフォークを選択する構成にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段変速機の変速機構。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の多段変速機の変速操作装置を搭載する車両。
