Description
(a)ユニット内の1個または複数個の反応容器を輸送するためのモジュール、
(b)伸縮アームおよび/またはコンベヤベルトを有しおよび好ましくは2方向に動作する、2個のユニット間で1個または複数個の反応容器を輸送するための移動モジュール、
(c)好ましくは磁気分離を実施する抽出モジュールおよび/または溶解モジュールである、試料前処理のためのモジュール、
(d)連続処理、特に増幅反応および/または分析処理を準備するための、好ましくはピペッティングモジュールおよび/または冷却モジュールであるモジュール、
(e)1または複数の分析物を増幅および/または分析するためのモジュール、および
(f)処理済み試料、特に前処理された試料を保存するためのモジュール、および
(g)好ましくは物理的細胞破壊のためのまたは閉じた一次試料容器から試料を取り除くためのモジュールである、(c)とは異なる使用前処理のためのモジュール、
を含む群から選択される、1個または複数個の試料容器のインプットおよび/またはアウトプットのためのモジュール、および1個または複数個の同一のまたは異なる追加のモジュールを含む、試料処理のためのユニットに関する。ここで、モジュール(c)および(d)は1個のユニット中にない。ユニットは第1のコントローラーを有し、および第2のユニットとデータバスを介して通信し、一方、各ユニット内のモジュールは、追加のデータバスを介して通信する。
Claims (5)
- −少なくとも1個の試料容器および少なくとも1個の処理容器の受容および/またはアウトプットのための少なくとも1個のモジュール、
−1個または複数個の処理容器の輸送のための少なくとも1個のモジュール、
−処理容器で実施される磁気分離を実施する抽出モジュールである、試料前処理のための少なくとも1個のモジュール、
−少なくとも1個の制御モジュール(但し、前記制御モジュールは、オペレーティングシステム(570)および、単一モジュールの機能およびその連動を制御および調節する役割を果たす少なくとも1個のソフトウェアアプリケーション(580)を有する)、
を含む、試料溶液からの物質の磁気分離の方法に用いるための装置(100)であって、
前記抽出モジュールは、試料溶液中の生物分子に対する吸着物質を有する表面を有する、磁性または磁化可能な粒子を添加することに適合しており、
前記抽出モジュールは、
−マトリクス中の複数個のプラスティックスリーブの配置(但し、前記プラスティックスリーブは、共通のキャリヤープレート上にマトリクス設計で配列され、前記スリーブは処理容器の上方からの導入に適合しており、前記スリーブは中空であり、かつ前記処理容器から一番遠い側にある上端が開口しており、かつ前記処理容器の開口の最小直径よりも小さい外径を有する)、
−複数個の棒(但し、前記棒は、連続した棒磁石であるか、または前記棒の下端が磁石であり、前記棒は、磁石の少なくとも一部が処理容器中の試料溶液の水面下になるまで前記スリーブ内に降下させることに適合しており、それにより、磁性または磁化可能な粒子は、前記プラスティックスリーブの外側に誘引され、付着する)、及び
−前記スリーブ及び棒状磁石を一緒に前記試料溶液から引き上げることに適合したデバイスを含み、
前記磁気分離方法は、
−前記スリーブを、前記磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子を含む試料溶液に上方から導入すること、
−前記複数個のスリーブの開口に前記複数個の棒を降下させること、
−前記スリーブの外側に前記磁性または磁化可能な粒子が付着している間に、前記スリーブ及び前記棒を一緒に前記試料溶液から引き上げること、及び
−前記磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子が前記スリーブの外側から離れるように前記棒が前記スリーブから取り除かれて、前記磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子が回収されること
を含む、
前記装置。 - 前記抽出モジュールは、磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子またはマイクロパールを含む懸濁液の形で供給されることに適合している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記マトリクス設計は、8、16、24または48個のスリーブを含む、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 試料溶液からの物質の磁気分離の方法であって、
−前記試料溶液を処理容器に配置すること、
−磁性または磁化可能な粒子を試料溶液中の生物分子に添加すること、但し、前記磁性または磁化可能な粒子は表面に前記生物分子に対する吸着物質を有する、
−前記処理容器の上方から導入することができるように複数個のプラスティックスリーブを配置すること(但し、前記プラスティックスリーブは、共通のキャリヤープレート上にマトリクス設計で配列される)、
−前記配置したプラスティックスリーブを前記処理容器の上方から導入すること(但し、前記スリーブは中空であり、かつ前記処理容器から一番遠い側にある上端が開口しており、かつ前記処理容器の開口の最小直径よりも小さい外径を有する)、
−前記複数個のスリーブの開口に複数個の棒(但し、前記棒は、連続した棒磁石であるか、または前記棒の下端が磁石である)を前記磁石の少なくとも一部が処理容器中の試料溶液の水面下になるまで前記スリーブ内に降下させ、それにより、磁性または磁化可能な粒子は、前記プラスティックスリーブの外側に誘引され、付着すること、
−前記スリーブの外側に前記磁性または磁化可能な粒子が付着している間に、前記スリーブ及び前記棒を一緒に前記試料溶液から引き上げること、及び
−前記磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子が前記スリーブの外側から離れるように前記棒が前記スリーブから取り除かれて、前記磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子は回収されること
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記磁性のまたは磁化可能なマイクロ粒子は懸濁液の形で添加される、請求項4に記載の方法。
