Claims (6)
- 電気的に接続されて並設された複数本の筒型電気化学セルの両端を一対のセル・ホルダでそれぞれ保持してなる電気化学セル・モジュールであって、
前記一対のセル・ホルダのうちの一方のセル・ホルダの外側に、前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルの電圧を制御する制御回路を収納した制御回路ホルダが装着されており、
前記一対のセル・ホルダの他方のセル・ホルダには、充放電電流が入出力される一対の入出力端子と、前記制御回路に対して制御情報を入出力するための外部接続端子を備えた端子ホルダが装着されており、
前記制御回路ホルダは、前記一方のセル・ホルダと対向する対向壁部を有しており、
前記対向壁部には1以上のリード線挿入用貫通孔が形成されており、
前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルと前記制御回路とを電気的に接続する複数本のリード線が前記リード線挿入用貫通孔を通って前記制御回路ホルダ内に挿入されており、
前記複数本のリード線と前記制御回路とはコネクタを介して接続されており、
前記複数本のリード線は、前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルのそれぞれから前記制御回路に延びる前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルのそれぞれの電圧を検出する電圧検出線と、前記制御回路から前記他方のセル・ホルダ内に位置する外部接続端子に延びる信号線とからなり、
前記電圧検出線及び前記信号線は、前記一対のホルダの間に配置されて内部に通路を有する1以上の絶縁性ガイド部材の前記通路を通して接続されており、
前記1以上の絶縁性ガイド部材は、第1の絶縁性ガイド部材と第2の絶縁性ガイド部材とからなり、
前記電圧検出線は、前記第1の絶縁性ガイド部材に通されており、
前記信号線は、前記第2の絶縁性ガイド部材に通されており、
収納ケースに囲まれていないことを特徴とする電気化学セル・モジュール。 - 電気的に接続されて並設された複数本の筒型電気化学セルの両端を一対のセル・ホルダでそれぞれ保持してなる電気化学セル・モジュールであって、
前記一対のセル・ホルダのうちの一方のセル・ホルダの外側に、前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルの電圧を制御する制御回路を収納した制御回路ホルダが装着されており、
前記一対のセル・ホルダの他方のセル・ホルダには、充放電電流が入出力される一対の入出力端子と、制御回路に対して制御情報を入出力するための外部接続端子を備えた端子ホルダが装着されており、
収納ケースに囲まれていないことを特徴とする電気化学セル・モジュール。 - 前記制御回路ホルダは、前記一方のセル・ホルダと対向する対向壁部を有しており、
前記対向壁部には1以上のリード線挿入用貫通孔が形成されており、
前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルと前記制御回路とを電気的に接続する複数本のリード線が前記リード線挿入用貫通孔を通って前記制御回路ホルダ内に挿入されており、
前記複数本のリード線と前記制御回路とはコネクタを介して接続されている請求項2に記載の電気化学セル・モジュール。 - 前記複数本のリード線は、前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルのそれぞれから前記制御回路に延びる前記複数本の筒型電気化学セルのそれぞれの電圧を検出する電圧検出線と、前記制御回路から前記他方のセル・ホルダ内に位置する外部接続端子に延びる信号線とからなり、
前記電圧検出線及び前記信号線は、前記一対のホルダの間に配置されて内部に通路を有する1以上の絶縁性ガイド部材の前記通路を通して接続されている請求項3に記載の電気化学セル・モジュール。 - 前記1以上の絶縁性ガイド部材は、第1の絶縁性ガイド部材と第2の絶縁性ガイド部材とからなり、
前記電圧検出線は、前記第1の絶縁性ガイド部材に通されており、
前記信号線は、前記第2の絶縁性ガイド部材に通されている請求項4に記載の電気化学セル・モジュール。 - 前記絶縁性ガイド部材は、前記通路に沿って分割面を有する二つ割り構造を有している請求項4または5に記載の電気化学セル・モジュール。
